Shipping Information

At dōTERRA, our family is a priority, so we're always looking for ways to improve your experiences. As a result, we're happy to share some positive shipping and delivery updates taking place across a selection of our European markets.

Over the coming months, we will be permanently moving order fulfilment to our Poland warehouse for selected European markets.

This warehouse transition creates a number of benefits for our customers, without impacting your shipping costs. These benefits include:

• Improvement of Premium shipping options
• Your orders will leave our warehouse quicker
• Reduced likelihood of orders being delayed
• More delivery options through the introduction of localised couriers

Tracking Your Order

In your shipment confirmation email, you will find a tracking number with the format LTNXXXXXXXXX. In one click, the link will direct you straight to the Landmark Global tracking portal to display the status of your order. This site is available in English only. Link below:

Once you access the Landmark tracking page, there is an additional link under ‘Delivery Details’ that will direct you to the local website. Here you will be able to view your order status in the language of your choice.

Upgrade to Premium Shipping

All markets will also benefit from our Premium shipping upgrade to the UPS Express 24/48-hour service, allowing members to enjoy their orders sooner! Please note that this option will be available in Germany from 28 February 2023.
