As a reminder, the new shipping rates have been effective since October 1, 2015. When calculating your delivery time, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

• The posted delivery times are estimates based on normal schedules and conditions and not guaranteed by the parcel service.
• The number of days posted on our website are Business Days and doesn’t include weekends or National holidays.
• Shipping times vary from country to country, but in general packages will take from 2 to 5 business days with some remote islands seeing up to 10 business days.
