Urmărirea comenzii

În e-mailul de confirmare a expedierii, vei găsi un număr de urmărire de tipul LTNXXXXXXXXX. Cu un singur clic, linkul te va direcționa direct către portalul de urmărire Landmark Global pentru a afișa statusul comenzii tale. Acest site este disponibil numai în limba engleză. Găsești linkul mai jos:

Urmărește comanda folosind Landmark Global

După ce ai accesat pagina de urmărire Landmark, există un link suplimentar la „Delivery Details” (Detalii de livrare) care te va direcționa către site-ul web local. Aici vei putea vizualiza statusul comenzii în limba dorită.

Trecerea la opțiunea de expediere Premium

De asemenea, toate piețele vor beneficia de opțiunea de trecere la expedierea Premium la serviciul DHL Express în 24/48 de ore, permițându-le membrilor să se bucure mai repede de comenzile lor! De reținut că această opțiune va fi disponibilă în Germania începând cu 28 februarie 2023.
