Managing Your Loyalty Order (LRP)


In our continuous efforts to provide our members with smoother and more optimised online experiences, we've made some key changes to how you can manage your Loyalty Order (LRP) and process orders through your cart on shop.doterra.

Improvements to How You Manage Your Loyalty Order (LRP)

If you would like to add products to your Monthly Loyalty Order, you can now do this in two different ways.  

  • You can edit your Monthly Loyalty Order directly from the homepage, or by accessing it from the dropdown menu under ‘My account’. 
    You would choose this option if you want to make small changes to the products or update the payment and delivery information on your Monthly Loyalty Order.
  • The second option is by browsing or searching the website and simply selecting ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have added your products, access your cart via the icon at the top right of the page.  
    You would choose this option if you want to make bulk changes to the products on your Monthly Loyalty Order or to process a One-Time Loyalty Order to purchase additional products or LTOs. 

From the cart, you will be able to do three things: 

  • Process a one-time order, 
  • Add the products that are in your cart to your Loyalty Order, or 
  • Replace the current items in your Loyalty Order with the items that are in your cart.  

Here’s how to add products to your existing Loyalty Order. 

  1. Click the purple ‘Add’ button in the Monthly Loyalty Order box.  
  2. Next, click ‘Add’. 
  3. This will add all the items in your cart to your Monthly Loyalty Order You will then be taken to your Loyalty Order. 

Here's how to replace the items in your Loyalty Order with the items that are in your cart. 

  1. In the ‘Monthly Loyalty Order’ box, click on the purple ‘Add’ button. 
  2. Choose the ‘Replace’ button. 
  3. This will remove all the items currently in your Monthly Loyalty Order and replace them with the items that are in your cart. You will then be taken to your Loyalty Order. 
     

Updates to how you manage your Monthly Loyalty Order (LRP)

You can now edit and process your Monthly Loyalty Order in two simple steps.  

The first step is to manage products: 

  • You can add products to your Monthly Loyalty Order using the search function. 
  • Or browse the product catalogue to the right of the search box.  
  • To use Reward Points on the order, click on the toggle bar that is under the search box. Then, choose which products you would like to purchase using points. 
  • Applying Store Credit, also known as AR Balance, is done in the second step under your payments. 
  • Once you have updated the products you would like in your Monthly Loyalty Order, click on ‘Next Step’. 

From the second step, you can update your delivery address and payment information. You can also change the automatic processing date for your Monthly Loyalty Order.  

  • Under payment information, you can choose to apply your Store Credit, also known as AR Balance.  
  • Once all the information on your Loyalty Order is correct, simply choose from one of the two options.  
  • Process Now: This will process your order immediately for this month.  
  • Process on your processing date: This will save all the changes and your Loyalty Order will process on the scheduled processing date.

What is a Monthly Loyalty Order?

Monthly Loyalty Orders are orders processed through a membership to the Loyalty Rewards Program. These orders are used to earn Loyalty Points, free product, and qualify for commissions. 

Why did doTERRA make changes to how I can manage my Monthly Loyalty Order (LRP)?

These changes were done to allow you a quicker and easier way to make a large amount of changes on your Monthly Loyalty Order (LRP) or to place a one off order in addition to your regular monthly order.

Why would I create a one-time loyalty order? Can I do that on the old shop as well?

One-Time Loyalty Orders are only available on shop.doterra. And they allow you to easily earn LRP benefits on your single orders. 

Can I add items to my cart and then still decide to add these to my Loyalty Order (LRP)?

Yes. Once the items are in your cart, you choose to add or replace the items in your cart with the items in your Monthly Loyalty Order (LRP).
