How long do orders take?
Processing a curbside order pickup can take up to 30 minutes. You can avoid extended wait times by requesting curbside service prior to leaving your home.
Can I pick up orders for other people?
You can pick up orders for other people, but you’ll need both their doTERRA ID numbers and order numbers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
How many orders can I pick up?
You can request up to 10 orders for both curbside service and walk-ins, Monday through Friday. To pick up ten or more orders or orders that have over 100 items, visit our bulk order webpage here.
Is curbside service the only way to pick up orders?
No, you can pick up orders inside the Product Center.
