Bulk Orders


Pleasant Grove Campus

Bulk ordering is available at the Pleasant Grove, Utah, Product Center for those who would like to pick up seven or more orders or have more than 150 items to pick up. Bulk ordering initiates a text alert once your orders are ready, offering a faster way to pick up orders for yourself, your teammates, or your friends. (Text alerts aren’t currently available for standard Product Center order pickups.)

Bulk Order Guidelines

  • Order requests must be received at least three business days in advance (or before 11:00 a.m. two business days in advance).
    • Order requests received on Saturday or Sunday will be available for pick up the following Wednesday.
  • Please download the PDF bulk request form here prior to your visit and email the completed request to orderpickup@doterra.com.
    • We’ll need both ID and order numbers to ensure the accuracy of the orders being picked up.
  • Don’t attempt to pick up orders before receiving a text. If you haven’t provided an eligible phone number, don’t arrive before your designated pickup date. We’re unable to guarantee orders will be ready for pickup before this time. No exceptions.
  • Any changes made to orders or payment types must be made before emailing your request.
  • Ensure you have every order included in the email request you wish to pick up. Additional orders can’t be added to a request that’s already been submitted. No exceptions.
    • If you have additional orders to pick up, you can use the Product Center curbside services or process them through the Product Center itself when you pick up your bulk request.
    • You can also send in multiple requests, but each request must contain at least seven orders.
  • A minimum of seven orders is required for a bulk order request. There’s no limit to the number of orders you can send on a single request, but please be advised that larger requests may result in additional time to fulfill.
  • Communicate in advance with those you’re picking up orders for on their behalf.
  • Once bulk orders are requested, they’re no longer available for pickup in the main Product Centerline or with curbside service. They also can’t be requested for shipment.
  • Bulk orders can be picked up inside or curbside. To pick up inside, please provide your name and bulk orders at the counters. To pick up curbside, follow the instructions in the email reply to your bulk request.
  • If you agreed to receive text updates, you’ll receive an SMS text message regarding orders and pickup updates. Texts will be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. You may receive these text notifications at any time of the day as we work to fulfill your order. Message and data rates may apply.

Bulk Order FAQ

Are there any discounts associated with bulk orders?
There are no monetary discounts for bulk orders. Bulk ordering is intended to speed up the process of picking up multiple orders and save on shipping.

How can I get updates on my orders?
If you provide a phone number, a text will be sent notifying you when your request is ready. If you have any other questions, you can always text back or email us at orderpickup@doterra.com.

Can I pick up orders for family, people on my team, and so on?
You can pick up orders for such people, but we do require both ID and order numbers to ensure the accuracy of order fulfillment.

What if I only have six orders for pickup?
You can process these smaller orders at the Product Center or use our new curbside pickup service! You can find more information here.

Can I have someone else pick up my orders?
Yes. Please have them specify your name and that they’re picking up bulk orders for you. You can also list who will be picking up the orders in your email request.

How are bulk orders packaged?
Each individual order in a request is bagged and ziplocked shut, with the order sheet for local pickup—not shipping. Product may break or crack if not handled with care. If you intend to ship, please repackage with protective materials. We aren’t responsible for any damage to items once they’ve left our facility.
