David Stirling is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of doTERRA whose visionary leadership has established the company as the world’s largest and most trusted essential oils organization. Known for his ability to inspire enduring global growth, David has guided doTERRA’s expansion into international markets and continues to champion industry-leading Co-Impact Sourcing® initiatives that empower communities and create lasting impact worldwide.
Following his return in the summer of 2025, David officially resumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, reuniting with the doTERRA community and deepening his commitment to the company’s mission, people, and purpose. He also continues to serve as Chairman of the Board, providing strategic oversight and long-term vision as the company moves forward.
Throughout his career, David has modeled people-first leadership, mentoring others with humility, integrity, and a service-driven mindset. He considers his greatest accomplishments not only the growth of the company, but the relationships built, lives impacted, and opportunities to serve that have emerged through doTERRA’s global reach and influence.
Jessica is in her 15th year at doTERRA, where she found a powerful platform to teach, lead, and mentor. After discovering doTERRA’s essential oils, she built a Presidential Diamond organization and founded BTE (Best Team Ever), a community focused on health education, confidence, and financial empowerment.
Through relationship-driven leadership, Jessica has developed high-ranking leaders and empowered countless individuals to trust themselves, grow their capabilities, and create meaningful impact. Her work consistently reflects the belief that sustainable growth is built on trust — trust in the product, trust in the company, and trust in oneself.
Now serving as President of North America on the corporate side at doTERRA, Jessica brings a rare blend of field experience and strategic leadership. She is focused on evolving doTERRA’s sales model to better align with field reality, strengthen relevance, and support healthy duplication through education, clarity, and leader enablement — rooted in the belief that doTERRA is, at its core, a relationship business.
Jessica, her husband, K.C. and her 3 daughters continue to thrive, inspired by a lifestyle centered on purpose, service, and community.
Since joining doTERRA in 2014, Murray has worked in several key roles, including Vice President of Europe, President of EMEA, and Executive Vice President of International. He and his wife Heidi lived in Salzburg, Austria and Munich, Germany for doTERRA, where for a combined 5 years, Murray focused on developing strong teams in the younger markets.
Prior to doTERRA, he held key leadership positions at several companies that always focused on people and achieving success. His significant depth of knowledge across multiple functions has elevated his focus in helping doTERRA accomplish its objective of Tripling its Impact by 2030.
In his current role as President of doTERRA, Murray enjoys engaging with doTERRA markets all around the world to help and support their success. His strategic approach to partnering closely with Wellness Advocates has been instrumental in fostering growth across doTERRA markets.
He graduated from Brigham Young University with an MBA. Murray loves spending time with his wife Heidi, their 4 kids, and 6 grandchildren.
In 2008, Drew Wolfert was hired as the fourth employee of doTERRA. He began answering customer calls, filling essential oil bottles, and performing ad-hoc financial analysis, but eventually transitioned into the Finance department preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. After receiving his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University, Drew accepted a position in New York City with PwC, a global network of firms delivering world-class assurance, tax, and consulting services.
Drew, while at PwC, worked with many Fortune 100 companies, building various financial models to improve profitability. In 2016, Drew was invited back to Utah to serve as doTERRA's Corporate Treasurer. Other roles have included managing Corporate Development and Strategy and serving as General Manager of Europe Central. Today, Drew serves as doTERRA's CFO and is responsible for all financial functions for the world's largest essential oil company.
Shannon has been with doTERRA since 2013 and brought with her over a decade of experience in direct sales, marketing, events, and recognition management. Since joining doTERRA, she has helped develop the recognition and leadership services strategies, initiatives, and processes to help support business, events, and leadership growth. She was appointed to doTERRA's Executive Council in 2022 to lead and establish the company's Customer Experience initiative. In this role, Shannon has loved working with doTERRA’s internal teams as well as field Leaders to find solutions and continue to improve programs, processes, and experiences.
In 2024, Shannon was promoted to Chief Experience Officer and Executive Vice President of the North America market. She is passionate about providing outstanding leadership support and an innovative customer experience in all aspects of the business. In this expanded role, Shannon is thrilled to be partnering with the doTERRA Leadership Team as well as the Chief Field Officers to lead and grow doTERRA’s North America market.
Shannon graduated with Honors from Brigham Young University with degrees in English and Business Management. She lives in Utah and loves planning adventures with her husband and three lively children.
Isaac joined doTERRA in 2014 and has worked in various roles for the company, including Assistant Treasurer, Director of Corporate Development, Managing Director of doTERRA Europe, and Vice President of Europe & Africa. In his current role, Isaac leads doTERRA’s Europe and African dedicated teams as they support their leaders and build two key doTERRA markets for the future. He is passionate about helping leaders succeed and growing doTERRA’s impact in Europe, Africa, and around the world. He is grateful to be a part of an organization that provides so much purpose, enjoyment, and many great relationships with people all over the world.
Isaac received bachelor's and master's degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University and was licensed as a certificate public accountant in the United States. He currently lives in Mapleton, Utah with his wife Rachel and their four daughters.
Mark's journey with doTERRA began in the company’s early days, working in the call center while attending college. Even then, his focus was clear: ensure every customer felt heard, supported, and valued. After graduating with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University, Mark moved to San Francisco, where he spent three years as a financial consultant, advising some of the world’s top technology companies.
Mark returned to doTERRA with a strong foundation in corporate finance and a deep passion for the company’s mission. Since then, he has taken on key leadership roles, including managing the Corporate / Business Development and Financial Planning & Analysis teams. Today, Mark serves as Chief of Staff to Kirk Jowers and Vice President of Europe.

Dr. Russell Osguthorpe currently serves as the chief medical officer of doTERRA. He’s establishing a virtual healthcare delivery platform that’s focused on wellness and prevention through integrative, evidence-based medical practices. His work at doTERRA also revolves around directing research on the use of essential oils in healthcare settings.
Dr. Osguthorpe received his medical degree from McGill University School of Medicine, completed his residency at the Children’s Hospital in Denver, and pediatric infectious diseases fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. He’s currently a faculty member at the University of Utah in the Department of Pediatrics.
He and his wife, Mary, have five children and one beautiful granddaughter.
David Doxey is doTERRA’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Since joining doTERRA, in 2011, David has had broad responsibilities over all legal matters, including the legal work to open many of the company’s markets. His attention now focuses on management, major business initiatives, tax and corporate structuring, litigation, corporate governance, and essential oil sourcing.
Prior to joining doTERRA, David practiced law in both public and private sectors and represented governmental agencies, private companies, and individuals in complex litigation, transactional, and administrative matters. He tried over fifty jury trials to verdict.
David received a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in Economics and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He is married to Leslie Bertoch and his greatest enjoyment is being with Leslie and their four children and grandchildren.
John joined doTERRA in July 2018 as the Vice President of Global Logistics. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations. Previously, he was at Walmart, Inc. for almost 19 years where he had various responsibilities, his last being Vice President of International Fresh Food Manufacturing. Among other roles, he was Vice President of International Transportation, Vice President of Walmart Central America Supply Chain, Senior Director in Global Produce Sourcing and completed expat assignments in Japan and China as well as working extensively in Latin America.
Prior to joining Walmart, John worked for a 3rd party logistics service provider and was the National Account Manager for Walmart, Inc. He managed their Laredo / El Paso offices responsible for distribution, transportation and import services in and out of Mexico.
John received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Spanish Translation and his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He currently serves on the Global Supply Chain Advisory Board for BYU.
