Notice of Amendment and Modification to the United States Policy Manual

Notice is hereby given of amendments to the Policy Manual. This Notice, along with the amended Policy Manual, is posted at www.doTERRA.com.

Pursuant to Section 18 of the Policy Manual, Wellness Advocates (“WAs”) agree that thirty (30) days after publication of this Notice, the modifications become effective and are automatically incorporated into the Contract between the Company and each WA as effective and binding provisions. By continuing to act as a Wellness Advocate or by engaging in any Distributorship Activity--including purchasing products--after the amendments or modifications have become effective, a Wellness Advocate acknowledges acceptance of the new Contract terms.
