Leadership Retreat 2026 | San Diego—Frequently Asked Questions

When and where will it be held?
Leadership Retreat will be held March 9-11, 2026, in San Diego, California, at the San Diego Convention Center.

How do I know if I’ve qualified?
To qualify to attend Leadership Retreat, you must:

• Hit Silver+ at least once from January 2025—February 2026

or

• Achieve a minimum of 400 PGV in one month between September 2025 and February 2026.

Is there a virtual ticket option?
This year, we're offering a new virtual experience: a curated, 3-hour on-demand video recap of the important announcements and takeaways from Leadership Retreat 2026.

This 2–3 hour recap will be available a few days after the event ends, on Friday, March 13, and will be available on-demand until March 31, 2026. The recap will be available to those who qualify and purchase the Virtual: On-Demand Recap ticket for $25 and those who purchase the General Admission | In Person ticket. It will be available on the dōTERRA Connect platform.

There will not be a livestream or on-demand version of the full event available at any time. We highly encourage in-person attendance to get the full experience and all the content Leadership Retreat offers.

What are the ticket prices?

  • Early Bird Pricing: October 15–November 17, 2025—$79
  • Regular Pricing: November 18, 2025–February 16, 2026—$89
  • Onsite Pricing: February 17, 2026+—$109
• Virtual: On Demand Recap | Leadership Retreat 2026—$25

Virtual: On-Demand Recap access will be available March 13-31, 2026.

When does registration end?
In-person registration will conclude on March 11, 2026. Virtual registration will conclude on March 31, 2026.

Are hotel and flight accommodations included with my in-person ticket?
Neither accommodation is included with your ticket.

Is there a hotel room block?
There is not an attendee hotel room block for Leadership Retreat 2026.

Can I cancel my ticket?
In-person tickets canceled between October 15, 2025, and February 16, 2026, will incur a 25% cancellation fee deducted from your ticket refund. Cancellations won’t be accepted after February 16, 2026.

Virtual: On Demand Recap tickets can be canceled without penalty between October 15, 2025, and February 16, 2026. After February 16 there will be no refunds.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Transfers aren’t available for Leadership Retreat this year.

Can I bring a child with me to Leadership Retreat?
Please note that Leadership Retreat is a professional training event, and the content and environment are intended for adult participants.

We understand that some circumstances may require you to bring your child with you to the 2026 Leadership Retreat. Children ages 0-5 do not require a ticket. A Child Ticket for ages 6-17 is available for $20, must be accompanied by the purchase of an adult In-Person ticket, and provides access to all Leadership Retreat events. Please note that the Child Ticket does not include a Registration Kit.

For your convenience, a Mother’s & Family Lounge will be available onsite; however, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the lounge. We kindly ask that those attending with children respect the learning-focused atmosphere we’ve created. If your child needs a break, please make use of the Family Lounge. To ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment for all attendees, we also ask that children not be seated or stood with along the back or sides of the General Session space.
