What is the new doTERRA Leader Rewards Program?
doTERRA’s Leader Rewards Program is a year-round program for all Wellness Advocates that rewards key business building activities with points that can be redeemed for unique prizes.

From the moment you join doTERRA as a Wellness Advocate, you can earn points for doing the same meaningful activities that help grow your business and community—and then redeem those points for rewards you choose.

Who is eligible to participate in the program?
All doTERRA Wellness Advocates in the US and Canada are automatically included in this new program. Whether you’re brand new, upgrading your account, or already building, you don’t need to apply or opt in—participation is automatic.

When can I start earning points?
All eligible Wellness Advocates in the US and Canada markets can begin earning points on January 1, 2026 in the following four categories:

• New customer’s first order
• Personal enrollments who place their first doTERRA Rewards order in 2026
• Personally advancing in rank, Consultant through Presidential Diamond ranks in 2026
• Personal enrollee who rank advances for the first time to the ranks of Premier through Diamond in 2026

How do I earn points?

• New customer’s first order
  1. Qualifying Wellness Advocates that enroll a new Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in the US or Canada markets with 1PV or more can receive points in this category.
• Personal enrollments who place their first doTERRA Rewards order in 2026
  1. Beginning in January 2026, qualifying Wellness Advocates who help a personally enrolled Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocates in the US or Canada markets place a rewards order of 1PV or more at least once in the 12 months following their month of enrollment can receive points in this category.
• Personally advancing in rank, Consultant through Presidential Diamond ranks in 2026
  1. Qualifying Wellness Advocates are able to earn personal rank advancement points in two ways:
     • The first way, is by achieving rank beyond your current maximum rank with doTERRA
     • The second way is by achieving a rank that is between your max rank and your base rank. Your base rank is set as the highest rank you achieved in 2025.
• Personal enrollee who rank advances for the first time to the ranks of Premier through Diamond in 2026
  1. Qualifying Wellness Advocates who support a personally enrolled team member to rank advance for the first time to the ranks of Premier through Diamond can earn points in this category

*A qualifying Wellness Advocate, is a Wellness Advocate with an account in the US or Canada market, that has an open and active account and is current good standing with the company.

Do I have to change how I build my business to earn points?
No. The program is designed to reward the core activities that naturally support business growth and leadership development. So, whether you build in-person, online or in a variety of ways, you’ll earn points for your efforts in the four categories we described.

What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed for a wide variety of rewards, subject to availability:

• Business-building tools and resources
• doTERRA swag
• Tickets to doTERRA events
• Sourcing and Incentive Trips

Keep in mind that specific items are subject to availability and only offered while supplies last.

Do I have to redeem my points right away?
Not at all. You can redeem points as you go or save them up and work toward a larger reward—it’s completely up to you.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Specific earning limits and additional point information will be outlined. Stay tuned for the official program dashboard for which will include additional details and full program guidelines.

Will my points expire?
Points earned must be used within the same calendar year. There is a grace period for using points earned in the last three months of each year, in the new calendar year.

When the full program launches, be sure to review the terms so you can plan your points redemptions accordingly.

Do I need to track my points myself?
No. Your points and available rewards will be tracked for you and accessible through doTERRA’s official program platform.

Because every milestone matters. This program allows dōTERRA to recognize your efforts and progress in every stage of your business—whether you’re just getting started, growing your customer base, or mentoring future leaders.

Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed for rewards made available through the Leader Rewards Program at the time of redemption.
