What is a BOGO?

Buy One, Get One. Every so often, we offer a BOGO deal: if you buy a specific oil, we give you another oil or related product for free. This is our way of helping you get more of the essential oil products you love!

Whether you’re wanting to expand your essential oil collection, building a doTERRA business, or you just love getting free oils, BOGO deals are for you. A few times every year, doTERRA surprises customers and Wellness Advocates with these Buy One, Get One deals that you won’t be able to resist.

How do I know when there is a BOGO?

We announce BOGOs on all the doTERRA social media channels, through email, and also on our website. If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram—or if you are signed up to receive email notifications (like the newsletter)—then you won’t miss it!

Use BOGOs to boost your business

BOGOs are an amazing deal for doTERRA customers. Plus, if you’re building a doTERRA business, BOGOs are a great way to engage your customers. Tell them about the BOGO and let them do the math: two essential oil products for the price of one. We want you and your customers to use essential oils every day, and BOGO deals make it easy to get your favorite products and try out new ones too.

BOGO FAQ

Promotion Rules

  • Each BOGO runs from 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. MT.
    • Orders must be processed during this window. BOGOs won’t save to loyalty templates scheduled to process on a later date.
  • The BOGO limit is five per account.
  • Points can’t be used to purchase BOGO items.

Purchasing a BOGO

  1. Add the “buy one” product to your order. BOGOs can process on one-time, loyalty, enrollment, and retail orders.
  2. Don’t add the free “get one” item. It’ll appear in the cart automatically once the “buy one” item is added.
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to review your order.
  4. Select “Process Now.”
  5. The order must process on the day of the promotion. Don’t save the BOGO to process later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will BOGO deals last all week?
This November, BOGO deals will occur November 15–19, 2022.

Can I save a BOGO deal to process on a scheduled loyalty order?
No. BOGO deals won’t save to Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) templates. If you save the BOGO deal to your scheduled loyalty order to process later, the free item won’t be included in that order. Your loyalty order must process on the day of the BOGO to qualify for the free item.

Can I use points to buy BOGOs?
No, points can’t be used for BOGO promotions.

How do I know if my order processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA® account.

I missed the BOGO. Can I have an exception?
No. These special offers are only available for the specified time period.

Which markets are eligible to participate in these BOGO deals?
Unless otherwise advertised, BOGO deals are available in the US, Canada, GAC, and all participating NFR markets. International markets participate in separate promotions. Check with your specific market for details.

Do the BOGO products qualify to earn Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) and Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) points?
Normal rules apply. To receive LRP points, loyalty orders must be 50 PV or more. Free items don’t contribute to PV. Orders qualify for SRP points based on normal qualifications.

My credit card is being declined. What should I do?
Make sure the security code (found on the back of your card) and postal code have been entered correctly. If you continue having problems processing your order, immediately contact Member Services by calling +1 (800) 411-8151 or using the Live Chat feature on doterra.com.

BOGO Box FAQ

How long is the BOGO Box available?
The BOGO Box is available starting November 15, 2022, while supplies last.

What comes in the box?
The BOGO Box includes all the BOGO items for the week, Tuesday to Saturday. It also includes a special gift for you: Northern Escape® 15 mL!

Can I enroll with the BOGO Box?
Yes! For new enrollees, your membership is our gift to you when you purchase the BOGO Box!

Is there a limit?
Five BOGO Boxes can be purchased per account.

What if it’s sold out?
If the BOGO Box is sold out, you can still participate in the BOGO deals each day, but you won’t get everything shipped at once.

Why does doTERRA offer the BOGO Box?
For customers who order multiple BOGOs during the week, buying the BOGO Box removes the need for multiple shipments. This reduces overall cost to the customer and decreases packaging needed for shipping each day.

Do I still get my full PV? How many?
You still get the PV amount for each essential oil you buy (more information on this is available on the regular FAQ). This BOGO Box has a total PV of 140.
