Rainbow Fruit Cup


Enjoy the flavorful colors of the rainbow as you use fruit to make up this healthy and festive St. Patrick’s day treat.


Ingredients

Grapes
Blueberries
Kiwi
Pineapple
Oranges
Strawberries
1 cup whipping cream
1–2 drops Wild Orange oil 


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry fruit. Cut into small bite-size pieces.
  2. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add Wild Orange essential oil and stir.
  3. In glass cup, layer cut fruit by colors of the rainbow. 
  4. Top with Wild Orange whipped cream and enjoy.
