Stronger Together Tour—Booth FAQ

What’s the plan for Stronger Together Spring Tour events this year?
We’re partnering with Diamond and up leaders across the US to host small group gatherings for interested prospects in homes, yards, community centers, and other local venues.

Limited spots are available to host these events in person, and all such events will be held in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines for group gatherings.

We’re also exploring options to connect virtually and will share details when they’re available.

What’s the purpose of the Stronger Together Spring Tour events?
New enrollments! We’re excited to help you build connections and community with people in your area, so whether 10 or more gather, we’ll provide a great sampling experience, excellent education, and an amazing enrollment promo to help you grow your business.

How long is an event? What will happen during it?
Each event will last an hour, and hosts can choose to hold a 15-minute business opportunity meeting that same day or later.

During the event, we’ll talk about the doTERRA difference, share a basic introduction to essential oils, showcase testimonials, highlight the Wellness Programs, talk about the business-building opportunity, and invite people to enroll.

Can Diamond and higher leaders partner with corporate to host more than one event?
To partner with as many leaders as possible, requests to host additional Spring Tour events will be approved on a case-by-case basis, depending on demand, inventory, travel schedules, and representative availability.

While we may not be able to partner with you to host more than one event in your area, resources will be available for you to replicate and hold additional Spring Tour events without a corporate representative.

Can Silver, Gold, or Platinum leaders host events?
No. We anticipate receiving more event requests than we’ll be able to accommodate from our Diamond and up leaders. Please connect with your upline leader to see if he or she will be hosting an event in your area and determine ways to get involved.

Can leaders livestream or broadcast the Spring Tour event? Can they make the event available virtually (via Zoom or another platform)?
If you’d like to host a virtual event, we recommend you do so at a different time from your event that’s in person to ensure a wonderful experience for all participants. You’ll have access to the presentation materials and can host additional Spring Tour events, either virtual or in person.

What are the responsibilities of a Spring Tour event host?
Hosts are responsible for securing a venue (which includes finding and covering any venue-related expenses) for the event, marketing it, and registering guests to attend.

What do hosts get for partnering with corporate to hold an event?
Hosts will receive a host pack, which includes the following items:

• Mini Deep Blue^® Roller
• Frankincense 4 mL

If a Diamond or higher host partner with other leaders (at any rank) to hold a Spring Tour event, will each of them receive a host pack?
You’ll receive one host pack per event, so if you choose to partner with another leader, you’ll have one pack of items to share.

What’s a party pack?
A party pack includes samples of favorite doTERRA products for your guests to try and to take home. Each party pack includes:

• doTERRA Serenity and Wild Orange

What’s the price of a party pack?
Party packs are $5.00 per pack. They can be purchased in units of 10 packs all the way up to 30.

Can leaders order more than 30 party packs?
To accommodate as many Spring Tour events as possible, all hosts can order up to 30 party packs for their event. If you’d like to request more party packs, please contact your market development manager with your request, and he or she will check inventory.

I’d like to host an event, but you aren’t coming to my area. What are my options?
We’ll make Spring Tour resources available to anyone interested in hosting a Stronger Together event, so stay tuned for updates on how to get ahold of these materials.

When will host registration close?
Event slots are filling quickly and may already be full.

Please contact your market development manager to see if there’s any availability to host an event in your area.

Can this count as a class or event for Diamond Club participants?
Yes, Diamond and higher leaders hosting events who partner with any member of their team participating in Diamond Club can help them count this as a qualifying event to meet their monthly requirements, as long as the Diamond Club participant presents or teaches part of the class.

Can Diamond Club participants use their code for these enrollments?
Yes, guests can stack on the promos and benefits of becoming a new doTERRA member, so they’ll be able to participate in our Beautiful Touch enrollment promo and use the Diamond Club code on their enrollment order to receive an additional Diamond Club program benefit.
