The Pacific Northwest provides an ideal environment for growing peppermint. With rich soil, warm summer days, and cool evenings, the region allows peppermint plants to thrive and develop the refreshing aroma that makes this oil so well loved.

During your time in Oregon, you’ll walk among the peppermint fields, observe the seasonal harvest, and see how freshly cut plants are transformed into essential oil through the distillation process. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of how sharing doTERRA products creates meaningful impact for the farmers, workers, and communities involved in producing Peppermint essential oil.

This immersive experience brings our sourcing story to life—offering a behind-the-scenes look at the care, timing, and expertise required to transform peppermint plants into the crisp, invigorating oil used around the world.

The Peppermint Sourcing Trip Experience includes curated activities designed to help you explore the sourcing journey, connect with fellow attendees, and see production of doTERRA Peppermint firsthand.

• A Welcome Dinner
• Visiting peppermint growing and harvest sites
• Observing the distillation process
• Learning about responsible sourcing practices
• Connecting with doTERRA leaders and fellow Wellness Advocates
• A Farewell Dinner

Attendee Expenses

Attendees are responsible for the following expenses:

• Flights to and from Portland, Oregon
• Transportation between the airport and hotel
• One breakfast during the trip
• Personal purchases or souvenirs

Guests are welcome to join the trip for a $280 USD buy-in. You’ll have the option to request during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all attendees, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations received on or before April 13, 2026 at 11:59 pm MT: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received after April 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT: A charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged to your commissions check, and ProPoints redeemed for this trip will not be returned.

Complete Your Registration

Redeeming this experience in the ProPoints Store does not automatically confirm your attendance.

You will receive a registration email with additional details and a form to confirm your spot on the trip. Please complete the registration form by the registration deadline to secure your place on the trip.

The value of items redeemed with ProPoints may be considered taxable income. If the total value of ProPoints redemptions exceeds the reportable threshold in a calendar year, the amount will be reported on a 1099 form in the U.S. or T4A in Canada. The reportable value is determined based on the date of redemption. Members are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with ProPoints redemptions, regardless of whether the redeemed item is retained, gifted, or sold.
