How to Earn ProPoints†
Starting January 1, 2026, you’re eligible to earn ProPoints based on the following list of meaningful activities that grow your doTERRA business and community:
- New customer orders
- Enrollee’s first Rewards orders
- First-time personal rank advancements
- First-time team rank advancements
New Customer Orders
As you help new customers place their first orders with doTERRA, you get rewarded! Earn ProPoints from orders your personal enrollments make in their enrollment month.
Orders placed during the month of enrollment will be combined, potentially increasing your total ProPoints.
Enrollee’s First Rewards Orders
Earn ProPoints on Rewards orders placed by your personal enrollments during the first month they sign up for doTERRA Rewards.
ProPoints are earned whether your personal enrollment signs up for doTERRA Rewards right after enrollment or months down the road.
If your personal enrollee places multiple Rewards orders during the first month on doTERRA Rewards, these will be combined for even more ProPoints.
First-Time Personal Rank Advancement
ProPoints are earned as you grow in rank. All ranks (Manager–Presidential Diamond) will be awarded ProPoints, with the number of ProPoints awarded increasing at each rank.
First-Time Team Rank Advancements
When your personal enrollee achieves a rank between Premier and Diamond for the first time, you’ll earn ProPoints.
More Ways to Earn ProPoints
In addition to the four core ways to earn ProPoints, there are additional opportunities to earn bonus ProPoints. These bonus ProPoints can be earned through the following activities:
Silver Club
- By participating in and graduating from the 2026 season of Silver Club, you can receive 150 ProPoints.
- By mentoring a 2026 season Silver Club participant, you can receive up to 25 points per participant (up to 200 ProPoints).
- Earn 5 ProPoints per month for each participant who fulfills monthly requirements.
- Earn 10 ProPoints per participant who graduates from the program.
Masters Club
- By participating in and graduating from the 2026 season of Master Club, you can receive 400 ProPoints.
Product Stories
- By submitting a product story, you can earn 5 ProPoints per story submission (up to 10 ProPoints maximum).
- Submissions must be submitted by April 30, 2026, and need to be at least 30 seconds in length. Stories can be submitted here: dōTERRA Stories.

†ProPoints have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. ProPoints are non-transferable and may only be redeemed for rewards made available through the ProPoints Program at the time of redemption. ProPoints are forfeited if a Wellness Advocate account is terminated or downgraded and any unredeemed ProPoints at the time of such change will be lost. Reward availability and program details may change. doTERRA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, including point-earning and redemption options, at its sole discretion. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. The percentage of all active US WAs who reached the following ranks in January through November 2025 is Elite: 4%, Premier: 0.9%, Silver: 0.6%, Gold: 0.2%, Platinum: 0.1%, Diamond: 0.1%, Blue Diamond: <0.1%, and Presidential Diamond: <0.1%. An active US WA is one who made a purchase, enrolled another account, or received compensation, and includes WAs who received no compensation.
