Limonene
The bright citrus note, from Wild Orange and Lime. It has a fresh, uplifting top and is one of the most common compounds found in citrus peels.
Beta caryophyllene
From Copaiba, derived from the tree’s resin. A grounding, woody compound and the reason Copaiba anchors so many of doTERRA’s balancing blends.
Menthol
From Peppermint. The source of that clean, cooling quality you notice, and the compound peppermint is best known for.
Pinene
Found across several of the oils in the blend, including Rosemary and the woods. A fresh, clean compound named for its presence in pine and forest air, it ties the whole profile together.
