Where’s the hotel block?
The hotel block is at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37214.

Whom should I contact if I have questions about my reservation?
You can contact the hotel directly by calling (615) 889-1000.

When is the hotel block scheduled?
The hotel block dates are February 28 to March 2.

How much is a room in the hotel block?
We’ve negotiated a nightly rate of $269.00 for single and double occupancy rooms.

Is there a resort fee?
Yes. The resort fee is $25.00 (plus applicable tax), which will be added to the guest room rate.

What does the resort fee cover?

• Resort internet
  • Enhanced in-room wireless access for up to six devices
  • Basic wireless access in public spaces and the convention center on a shared network
• Unlimited local and long-distance calls
• Daily shuttle service to the Opry Mills and the Inn at Opryland
• Shuttle transportation to scheduled Grand Ole Opry and General Jackson Showboat performances
• Bottled water (two daily), replenished once a day during housekeeping service
• Daily credit of up to $10 per room for dry cleaning (credit isn’t cumulative through hotel stay)
• Transportation to Gaylord Springs Golf Links, as well as practice range access and a daily bucket of golf balls (rental club provided and proper attire required)

When do I have to book my room?
You’ll need to book your hotel room by Tuesday, January 30.

If I drive to the resort, do I have to pay for parking?
Yes. Parking is $33.00 (plus tax) for self-parking and $45.00 (plus tax) for valet.

When do I need to check in and check out?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. CT. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. CT. Anyone checking out after 11:00 a.m. may incur charges. Special arrangements can be made for late checkouts based on availability, and luggage can be stored for those with later departures.

Note: If you are booking room nights on a mobile device for the entirety of the event (2/28 - 3/2), the website will automatically load for February to select your first night, and then, you will need to advance the booking calendar into March to select the remaining dates for the event.
