All BOGO deals are available November 17–21, 2025, while supplies last.
Can I save a BOGO deal to process with a scheduled Rewards order?
No. BOGO deals can’t be saved to Rewards order templates. If you save a BOGO to your scheduled Rewards order to process at a later date, the “get one” free item won’t be included in that order. Your Rewards order must process during the BOGO window to receive the free item.
Can I use points to buy BOGO deals?
No, points can’t be used for these deals.
How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.
I missed the BOGO deal. Can I get an exception?
No, these special offers are available for the specified time only.
Which markets are eligible to participate in these BOGO deals?
Unless otherwise advertised, BOGO deals are available to US, Canada, GAC, and all participating NFR markets. International markets participate in separate promotions. Check in with your specific market for details.
Do BOGO deals qualify to earn Rewards points and Shipping Reward Program (SRP) points?
Normal rules apply. To receive Rewards points, Rewards orders must be 50 PV or more. “Get one” free items don’t contribute to PV. Orders qualify for SRP points based on normal qualifications.
