We announce BOGOs on all the doTERRA social media channels, through email, and also on our website. If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram—or if you are signed up to receive email notifications (like the newsletter)—then you won’t miss it!

Use BOGOs to boost your business

BOGOs are an amazing deal for doTERRA customers. Plus, if you’re building a doTERRA business, BOGOs are a great way to engage your customers. Tell them about the BOGO and let them do the math: two essential oil products for the price of one. We want you and your customers to use essential oils every day, and BOGO deals make it easy to get your favorite products and try out new ones too.

Promotion Rules

1. Each BOGO deal is available starting November 17, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) until November 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MT.
   • Orders must be processed during this window. BOGOs won’t save to a Rewards order scheduled to process on a later date.
2. A purchasing limit of five per order applies to each BOGO pairing. Members can also purchase up to five BOGO Bundles per order. Customers can receive up to 10 of each pairing but will only qualify for one set of Wild Orange 15 mL, Clove 15 mL, and Siberian Fir 15 mL with the additional 175PV promotion.
3. The 175 PV promotion is valid with any order (on BOGOs or other dōTERRA products). The 175 PV offer is limited to one per account. Each account can qualify for only one set of Wild Orange 15 mL, Clove 15 mL, and Siberian Fir 15 mL.
4. Points can’t be used to purchase BOGOs.

Purchasing a BOGO

1. Add the “buy one” product to your order. BOGOs can process on one-time, Rewards, retail, and enrollment orders.
2. Don’t add the “get one” item. It’ll appear in the cart automatically once the “buy one” item is added.
3. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to review your order.
4. Select “Process Now.”
5. Remember that the order must process during the promotional period. Don’t save any of the BOGOs to process at a later date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will BOGO deals last all week?
All BOGO deals are available November 17–21, 2025, while supplies last.

Can I save a BOGO deal to process with a scheduled Rewards order?
No. BOGO deals can’t be saved to Rewards order templates. If you save a BOGO to your scheduled Rewards order to process at a later date, the “get one” free item won’t be included in that order. Your Rewards order must process during the BOGO window to receive the free item.

Can I use points to buy BOGO deals?
No, points can’t be used for these deals.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

I missed the BOGO deal. Can I get an exception?
No, these special offers are available for the specified time only.

Which markets are eligible to participate in these BOGO deals?
Unless otherwise advertised, BOGO deals are available to US, Canada, GAC, and all participating NFR markets. International markets participate in separate promotions. Check in with your specific market for details.

Do BOGO deals qualify to earn Rewards points and Shipping Reward Program (SRP) points?
Normal rules apply. To receive Rewards points, Rewards orders must be 50 PV or more. “Get one” free items don’t contribute to PV. Orders qualify for SRP points based on normal qualifications.
