Eucalyptol and Seasonal Support

The changing of the seasons can be a challenging time for the immune and respiratory systems. Rosemary and Cardamom essential oils are known for their respiratory support.* All of these oils have high amounts of the chemical component eucalyptol. Chinese scientists identified in preliminary tests that eucalyptol protected against immune system changes and respiratory challenges commonly associated with seasonal changes.

Although more research is needed, this study adds to the growing body of evidence that suggests that essential oils may play an important role in maintaining overall health and well-being throughout the year. During seasonal changes, use Rosemary, Cardamom, or doTERRA On Guard® essential oils as a great way to help support the immune and respiratory systems.* Eucalyptus and doTERRA Breathe® can also be useful during seasonal changes.
