Freshly picked blueberries are delicious all on their own, but combine with doTERRA Greens, banana, and bit of Lemon essential oil, and you’ve got a super-smoothie on your hands. With antioxidants galore, this blueberry patch smoothie is the perfect way to kick-off any day. 

The Blueberry Patch Smoothie
12–14 ounces water
2 scoops doTERRA Greens
1 banana, frozen
⅓ cup blueberries, frozen
1 handful ice cubes
1 drop Lemon essential oil

This recipe yields approximately two smoothie servings (8 ounces per serving). For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of greens can be adjusted accordingly.
