Silver Club



Welcome to Silver Club! This program is open to Wellness Advocates who have reached the rank of Executive through Silver. Learn key habits that will serve as the foundation of your business and build momentum as you launch yourself to a new rank.

Program Schedule
Qualification Month March 1, 2023–April 30, 2023
Application Period May 1, 2023–May 19, 2023
Preparation Month May 1, 2023–May 31, 2023
Enrollment Months June 1, 2023–July 31, 2023

March or April Qualifications:

  • Achieve a rank between Executive and Silver.
  • Personally enroll two new members with a single 100 PV enrollment order.
    • New enrollees must reside in the US or Canada markets.
  • Have one mentor who agrees to support and help hold classes.
    • Mentor must be in direct upline and achieve the rank of Silver, or higher once between February 2022-February 2023.

Monthly Requirements:

Each participant must meet each month's requirements to qualify for the monthly participant incentive and end-of-season prizes. Personal enrollments and enrollments from your downline team both count towards the monthly requirement.

Monthly Requirement: June – July

  • Five team enrollments
  • One class minimum
    • All classes should be submitted within 5 days of the completed class.

† Classes can be held at home, one-on-one, online, etc.
†† Monthly enrollments must be enrolled in the US or Canada market.

Qualified Enrollments:

  • For enrollments to qualify, the following requirements need to be met:
    • Enrollment order must be at least 100 PV to count towards the enrollment requirement.
    • Enrollment should be processed within five days of the completed class.
    • The Silver Club participant must personally present, or participate in the presentation, where the new customer is enrolled.

Qualified Classes:

  • For classes to qualify, the following requirements need to be met:
    • Class must be entered and submitted through the participants Silver Club account within 24-hours of the class being completed.
    • The Silver Club participant must personally present or participate in the presentation, where the new customer is enrolled.

Earning Points with:

  • Each new qualified team enrollment(s)
  • Each time you rank advance

Enrollment Points Breakdown

  • 3 points: New Enrollment with 50–99 PV
  • 4 points: New Enrollment with 100+ PV
  • 3 Points: Personal enrollments will receive an additional 3 points
    • Downline team enrollment of 100 PV that is also a personal enrollment would receive a total of 7 Silver Club points.

† To receive personal enrollment points, enrollment must be processed with at least a single 100 PV order.

LRP Points Breakdown

Loyalty Rewards Program (points earned for new team enrollee’s first two consecutive months on LRP, immediately following enrollment month)

  • 4 points: 50-99 PV LRP
  • 8 points: 100+ PV LRP

New members who process a 100+ PV LRP order the month following their qualified enrollment order will receive 25 product points. The product points will appear around the fifteenth of the month following their LRP order.

Rank Advancement Points Breakdown

  • 10 points: New rank of Elite
  • 20 points: New rank of Premier
  • 30 points: New rank of Silver
  • 40 points: New rank of Gold

†Rank advancement points will be rewarded to participants who achieve a new rank for the first time.

Earn points to increase your Silver Club Standings. Silver Club participants have the opportunity to win incredible prizes by gaining points for their performance and their enrollments. Those points are compared to other Silver Club participants. Participants who receive the highest total points and meet the monthly requirements will determine the winning members at the end of the program.

New Enrollee Benefits:

New members who enroll with a 100 PV single enrollment order will receive a 15mL Citrus Bliss.

Monthly Participant Incentive:

Participants who meet the monthly requirements each receive 100 product points.

End of Season Prizes: 

Based on points earned for standings and meeting program requirements.

  • 1st Place: $500 + Convention Admission ticket
  • 2nd-6th Place: $300 + Convention Admission ticket
  • 7th-11th Place: $200 + Convention Admission ticket
  • 12th-21st Place: $100+ Convention Admission ticket
  • All graduates will receive a graduation certificate and t-shirt.

Mentor Guidelines and Information

What Is a Mentor?

A mentor may share with a participant information about his or her own path in doTERRA, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. Each participant is required to have one mentor in order to apply and participate. Mentors play an important role in the leadership duplication cycle. Mentors take responsibility for teaching leadership skills, helping develop action plans, and guiding the participant to be successful. This support could include scheduled accountability calls, support with class preparations, class follow-up, attending/teaching classes when possible, help with scheduling and time blocking, and any other necessary support to ensure the participant’s success in the program.

There is no financial obligation in being a mentor.

Benefits of Mentoring

Wellness Advocates who mentor leaders in Silver Club partner with doTERRA. This partnership helps develop leaders on the mentor’s team and encourages enrollments and rank advancement to organically boost organizational volume and leadership. One of the best investments leaders can make is back into their builders.

Qualifications to Mentor

Wellness Advocates who are willing to help support and train/mentor participants to be successful in the program and in building their team toward their next rank advancement. The mentor must achieve the rank of Silver, or higher, once between March 2022-March 2023. The Wellness Advocate will receive notification from the Silver Club team they have been selected to be a mentor, after the participant’s application has been received. The Wellness Advocate must go on the Silver Club site and respond to the mentor request.
