Notice—Amendment to United States Professional Account, Wellness Advocate and Wholesale Customer Terms & Conditions

Notice is hereby given of amendments to the Professional Account Terms and Conditions, Wellness Advocate Terms and Conditions, and Wholesale Customer Terms and Conditions.  This Notice and the amended Professional Account Terms and Conditions, Wellness Advocate Terms and Conditions, and Wholesale Customer Terms and Conditions are posted at www.doTERRA.com.  Pursuant to the terms permitting amendments,  each Professional Account holder, Wellness Advocate and Wholesale Customer agree that 30 days after publication of notice of the amendments that such amendments shall become effective and are automatically incorporated into the respective agreement.  By continuing to act as a Professional Account holder, Wellness Advocate, or Wholesale Customer (including the continuation of purchasing products), the amendments shall be effective and each Professional Account holder, Wellness Advocate and Wholesale Customer acknowledge acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
