PB Assist+® Loyalty Perk—Frequently Asked Questions


What is the PB Assist loyalty customer perk?
Loyal customers who processed an LRP order with a PB Assist® Jr. or PB Assist+ during the qualification period may purchase the new PB Restore and/or PB Assist+ sticks at a discount.

How do you qualify to receive the discount?
To qualify, you will need to have processed an LRP order with a PB Assist Jr or PB Assist+ during any of the following months: August, September, October 2023.

What is the discount?
PB Restore will be discounted to $41.50 wholesale; PB Assist+ sticks will be discounted to $29.00 wholesale.

Will the PV on the products also be discounted?
Yes, PV will be discounted. Make sure to check your PV before processing your order.

How do I apply the discount for my order?
Those who have qualified will automatically receive the discount during checkout. You’ll just need to add the item(s) to your order.

Please note: As the PB Assist+ sticks have a limit of 1 per month, per account, you’ll need to ‘process now’ on your LRP.

How long will I receive the discount?
You may qualify for a discount when purchasing PB Restore or PB Assist+ sticks during the months of November and December 2023.

Will the new ProBiome products automatically be switched on my template?
No, you will need to manually remove the old PB Assist products and add the new ProBiome products.

What markets qualify for this special discount?
US and Canada NFR.

What are the ordering limits?
• PB Restore has a limit of 2 per order
• PB Assist+ sticks have a limit of 1 per month, per account

Can I purchase both the PB Restore and PB Assist+ sticks with this discount?
Yes, if you qualified.

Does the order need to be LRP to receive the discount?
No, the discounted products may be purchased on a standard or LRP order.

Please note: As the PB Assist+ sticks have a limit of 1 per month, per account, you’ll need to ‘process now’ on your LRP.

Will the discount also apply if my PB Assist product is discounted with customize and save?
No, Customize and Save products do not qualify for the loyalty discount.

What should I do if I qualified but am having issues with processing my order with the discount?

Where was this announced?
This was first announced on a special educational Microbiome Call held in July! Join us August 8 and 15 for more education.

We also emailed all current customers who have purchased either PB Assist+ or PB Assist Jr. in the last six months, as well as anyone that currently has either product saved to their LRP template.
