This page walks you through everything you need to know about PayQuicker, AR Balance, and Direct Deposit—including how to set them up, what fees to expect, and where to go for support.


1. What are my options (in the US) for receiving payouts?
  1. Direct deposit (recommended)
    1. It’s fast and secure, and it goes directly to your bank account.
    2. Direct deposit submissions are immediate. Click here for more detailed instructions or watch a brief tutorial video here.
    3. Deposits under $12 will be moved to Account Credit and can be used on a future order.
  2. PayQuicker
    1. It’s a great option if you live in the US and prefer receiving physical checks or want additional payment flexibility.
    2. You can use the link provided in your PayQuicker welcome email or click here.
2. How do I sign up for Direct Deposit or PayQuicker?
  1. Login to doterra.com -> hover over Account in the top right corner -> Select "My Office" from the drop-down list. This will take you to your Back Office.
  2. Once you are in your Back Office, hover over Account again -> Select 'Commission Payout" from the drop-down.
    1. From here, you can choose between Direct Deposit (preferred) or PayQuicker (for those in the US that prefer receiving physical checks).
    2. Both options are safe and secure.
  3. If Direct Deposit is selected, you will be asked to fill out a form with your banking information.
  4. For PayQuicker, click "Create Account" and you will be sent a welcome email (to the email associated with doTERRA). Follow the link in that email to register and access your PayQuicker account. Please note that you will need to provide a legal first and last name, date of birth, and unique username to complete this process. Upon completion, you can go back to your Commission Payout preference and you will be able to see your PayQuicker balance.
