Qualifications to Attend/Registration

Qualifications to Attend
  • Qualification Period: August 2019–January 2020
  • Silver–Platinum: Achieve rank one time during the qualification period
  • Diamond and Above: Achieve rank two times during the qualification period.
Who can attend?
  • Wellness Advocates must reach the rank of Silver or above one time between August 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020 in order to attend.
  • Spouses or co-applicants are always welcome to attend. However, no guests outside of these parameters will be permitted. Please help us keep the integrity of our Leadership Retreat by following this guideline.
  • Although spouses and co-applicants are welcome to attend, they must have their own ticket to the event. Please make sure each person attending has purchased a ticket.
  • No children are permitted to attend the event.
What if I register and do not meet qualifications?
  • Refunds for those who do not meet the requirements will be refunded in March 2020 automatically via the same card that was used to purchase your ticket(s).
What are the websites to register?
  • Registration will open November 4, 2019 at 10:00 am MST. A website link will be added here and on the home page of the event when it is closer to November 4.

Can I purchase a ticket for just one day?
  • We do not have a one-day only ticket available, however, registration is available during the entire event so please come when you can.
What is the deadline to transfer my ticket?

The very last day to transfer a ticket is March 10, 2020. There may be a fee incurred when transferring a ticket depending on the date of your transfer request. Please see below for the exact dates and correlating fee.

Can I bring a guest?
  • Spouses or co-applicants are always welcome to attend. However, no guests outside of these parameters will be permitted. Please help us keep the integrity of our Leadership Retreat by following this guideline.

What about reserved seating?
  • Reserved seating is available in General Session for Diamond rank and above. Each account receives two spots. Should you choose to NOT sit in the reserved area, please assist us by emailing recognition@doterra.com so we can plan our seating accordingly.
  • Reserved seating is also available for ASL, wheelchair access, and any special accessibility requests. Should you have a special accessibility request, please email events@doterra.com at least two weeks prior to the event.
Can I bring a child or nursing infant?
  • As always, mothers with nursing infants are welcomed and encouraged to attend. A Mother’s Lounge and Family Lounge are available to those with infants or mothers seeking a private place for pumping. Live feed will be available in these lounges. Please help us maintain an environment of learning for all in attendance and utilize these rooms provided if your small infant needs a quick break. We ask that you do not use the back of the General Session room for your infant to play as it can be a distraction to those guests in that seating area.
  • No other children are permitted to attend.
Are accommodations provided?
  • Accommodations are not included in your ticket price and will not be arranged by doTERRA. We have contacted hotels in the area surrounding the event venue to ensure some availability during the event. There are only a limited amount of rooms available under the doTERRA room blocks. You can reserve a room within doTERRA’s block, starting on November 4. Please check back, as more details will be added.

Welcome Party/Dinner

Will dinner be served at the party?
  • Yes, a light dinner (buffet style) will be served at the party.
Will the dinner at the party have meal options?
  • Yes, all meals offered will have gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options available.
Can I bring guests to the party?
  • Only ticketed attendees (Silver rank and above and their spouses or co-applicants) can attend events held during Leadership Retreat.
What is this year's party theme?
  • Check back for details as we add them!
Do I have to dress up for the party?
  • As always, dressing up is optional, come and enjoy with or without costumes.

Leadership Expo

What is the Business Expo?
  • Back again this year, the Business Expo! Experience new tools as you sit with experts on strategic use of information for simple duplication in your business. Ask other leaders their best tips as they share their keys to success for events, enrollments, and growth. Meet your Regional Sales Manager, Account Managers and Diamond Club Project Managers as well as other departments as you finish out your journey through the expo full of hands-on learning.
When will it be open?
  • View the Summary Agenda for the event and refer to your Leadership Retreat registration booklet upon arrival for information.

Marketplace

What is the Marketplace?
  • The Marketplace is where you can purchase exclusive doTERRA clothing and accessories only available at Leadership Retreat.

Special Requests

Will there be a mother's lounge available?
  • Yes, both venues will have both a mother’s and family lounge available. Please note, you must have an infant to enter these lounges, staff will be available to assist. Pumping mothers are welcome to join us in the mother’s lounge. Both lounges will have live feed from the General Session. Please help us maintain an environment for learning for all attendees, as well as comply with fire code rules. Please do not use the back of the General Session rooms as a play area for your infants.
Will language translation be available?
  • Language translation will be available if 50 or more attendees request a language during the registration process more than two weeks before the event. If the minimum number is not met, attendees who selected that language will be alerted. Offered languages during registration: Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, and French Canadian.
Will there be wheelchair access?
  • Yes, reserved seating locations will be available for our attendees requiring wheelchair access. Please be sure to select this option when registering. For additional questions, please email events@doterra.com.
Will ASL be offered?
  • Yes, ASL interpretation will be offered should at least one attendee request it. Reserved seating will be available for all our attendees requesting ASL, please be sure to select when registering. For additional questions please email events@doterra.com.
