Leadership Retreat 2024—Frequently Asked Questions

When and where will the event be held?
Leadership Retreat will be held February 28–March 2, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

How do I know if I’ve qualified?
You can qualify for Leadership Retreat in one of two ways:

• Qualify as a Silver or higher at least once between January 2023 and February 2024. *If you are qualifying in February 2024, please reach out to your account manager for assistance.*
• Qualify as a Premier or Elite at least once and enroll three people with 100 PV between September 2023 and February 2024.

Can I attend virtually?
Yes! A virtual ticket gives you access to live and on-demand content. That includes General Sessions on Thursday, February 29, and Saturday, March 2, as well as limited Breakout Sessions on Thursday, February 29, and Friday, March 1.

What are the ticket prices?

When does registration end?
Both in-person and virtual ticket registration end March 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Are hotel and flight accommodations included with my in-person ticket?
Neither accommodation is included with your ticket.

Does doTERRA have a group rate at the Gaylord Opryland for hotel rooms?
Yes! We’ve secured a significantly discounted group rate of $269 (plus taxes and fees) per night. You can access this rate through a link on leadership.doterra.com starting November 16, 2023.

How long will virtual content be available?
Virtual content will be available until April 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Which payment methods are accepted for the onsite marketplace?
We accept debit or credit cards only—no cash.

If I requested assistance with translation, where can I pick up my translation device?
You can pick up your translation device at the registration desk while it’s open on Wednesday, February 28, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. ET or Thursday, February 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET.

Can I order swag if I attend virtually?
Limited inventory will be available to virtual attendees at themarketplace.doterra.com.

What if I purchased an in-person ticket but now just want to attend virtually?
If you’d like to downgrade your in-person ticket to a virtual one, reach out to your account manager or email service@doterra.com. No downgrades will be accepted after February 6, 2024.

Can I cancel my ticket?
In-person tickets: In-person tickets can be cancelled between November 16, 2023, and February 6, 2024, with a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations won’t be accepted after February 6.

Virtual tickets: Virtual tickets can be cancelled without penalty between November 16, 2023, and February 27, 2024. Cancellations won’t be accepted after February 27.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets can’t be transferred.

How can I upgrade my virtual ticket to an in-person one?
To upgrade your virtual ticket, log into your RainFocus attendee portal. Click on “Manage Order(s)” and then “Change Package(s).” You’ll be prompted to upgrade your ticket and pay the difference.
