Contest winners are determined by doTERRA (Company) in its sole and absolute judgment and discretion, based upon contest rules, guidelines, and qualifications. Participants have no legal recourse or claim against the Company for the exercise of said judgments and results of its determinations. The Company may elect, in its sole judgment and discretion, to disqualify any participant whom the Company deems to have violated or manipulated contest rules or whom the Company deems to have exceeded the bounds of fair and honest play. Such grounds and reasons may include but are not limited to product purchases which may result in excessive product returns, a participant “buying” his or her way to qualification by purchasing products in the names of others, and the submission to the Company of any false, inaccurate, or misleading documentation or information. Winners are responsible for any additional fees, costs, or purchases made or assessed in connection with the awarded trip. Winners are responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, and other assessments applicable to their awards and hold the Company harmless from any claims to pay such fees, taxes, or assessments.
