When will I receive my free product(s)?
Those who qualify will receive a promo code via email within five business days of the end of each promotion month. Your promo code can be redeemed on a future order before September 30, 2022.

How long do I have to redeem my free product(s)?
All promo codes expire September 30, 2022.

How will I receive my product(s)?
You’ll be sent an email within five business days of the end of the promotion period. This email will let you know you've qualified for the product(s) and provide a promo code.

When will a new customer receive his or her extra Loyalty Rewards Program points?
Any new customer who enrolls with 100 PV or more in April, May, or June can earn 50 extra product points by placing a loyalty order of at least 100 PV in the following month. The points will be rewarded at the end of the month when the new customer places his or her 100 PV or more loyalty order.
