What’s the Free Gift with Purchase promotion?
When a new Wholesale Customer, Affiliate, or Wellness Advocate enrolls with 150 PV or more, he or she will receive a free gift with the order.

What’s the free gift?
The current gift is the Pebble™ Diffuser.

Will the free gift change?
We anticipate changing the free gift at some point, which will be announced.

How long will this promotion run?
The promotion began March 16, 2023, and is ongoing. There isn’t a current end date to the promotion, but that may change.

Who can participate in this promotion?
New Wholesale Customers, Affiliates, or Wellness Advocates in certain markets can participate.

Is there a PV requirement to qualify for the free gift?
The enrollment order must be 150 PV or more to qualify.

What’s the difference between price and PV?
Personal Volume (PV) isn’t the same as dollar amount. Though for some products (like Lemon essential oil) the PV and dollar amount match, that doesn’t mean PV equates to the dollar amount of the products every time. Please review the PV amount shown in your cart before processing the order.

How many times can I qualify for the free gift from this promotion?
New enrollees may only qualify for one free gift.

When will I receive the free gift?
The free gift will be included with your enrollment order.

If my enrollment order includes a diffuser, will I still receive the Pebble Diffuser?
Yes!

Will this promotion work through a generated link?
Yes. If you enroll through a generated link, you’ll still qualify if the order is 150 PV or more.

The free gift isn’t showing up in my order. What should I do?
Verify your cart has met the 150 PV requirement. If it still doesn’t show up, contact Member Services at (800) 411-8151 or use the Live Chat feature on doterra.com.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

My credit card was being declined. What should I do?
Make sure the security code (found on the back of your card) and postal code have been entered correctly. If you continue having problems processing your order, immediately contact Member Services by calling (800) 411-8151 or by using the Live Chat feature on doterra.com.
