Here’s how the promotion works:

Help new customers enjoy free products in March or April (with their 100 extra product points) by enrolling them with 100 PV in January or February and having them join LRP in February or March. This enrollment promo is available in the US, Canada, GAC, and select NFR markets.
To qualify for the product points, new customers must place their 100 PV loyalty order in the month following their enrollment. For example, if customers enrolled in January wait until March to place a 100 PV loyalty order, they won’t qualify for product points. New customers who enroll in January need to place a 100 PV loyalty order in February, and those who enroll in February need to place a 100 PV loyalty order in March.
There are several great product packages or collections that total 100 PV or more, making it simpler for your customers to enroll with or reorder products they need. This promotion begins January 1, 2023. The first 100 PV enrollment period ends January 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The 100 PV loyalty order period then begins February 1, 2023, and ends February 28, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 product points in March.
The second 100 PV enrollment period begins February 1, 2023, and ends February 28, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The 100 PV loyalty order period then begins March 1, 2023, and ends March 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 product points in April.

Can enrollees who didn’t enroll in January or February place an enrollment order in March and still participate in the promotion?
No, a new customer must enroll with 100 PV in January or February to participate and receive the 100 product points in March or April.
Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?
Yes, you can place additional orders to reach the necessary 100 PV.
What if my order total is $100, but my PV is under 100?
Personal Volume (PV) isn’t the same as dollar amount. Though the PV and dollar amount match on some products (like Lemon essential oil), this doesn’t mean PV equates to the dollar amount of the products every time. Please review the PV amount shown in your cart before processing your order. If your order falls short, you may place an additional order within the promotional period to make up missing PV.
When will the points be added to my account?
If you enrolled in January and placed a 100 PV loyalty order in February, the points will be added to your account by March 7, 2023.
If you enrolled in February and placed a 100 PV loyalty order in March, the points will be added to your account by April 7, 2023.
What should I do if I haven’t received my points?
Product points will be rewarded by March 7, 2023 (if you enrolled in January), or April 7, 2023 (if you enrolled in February). If you haven’t received your points by March 8 or April 8 respectively, contact your account manager or Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151.
Which markets are participating in this promotion?

Can retail customers participate in this promotion?
Yes. To participate, enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in January with 100 PV or more. In February, place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV. In March, you’ll receive 100 product points! Or enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in February with 100 PV or more. In March, place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV. In April, you’ll receive 100 product points!

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.
If you feel you’ve qualified for the promotion but didn’t receive the points, call Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151 or send an email to service@doterra.com no later than April 30, 2023. Exceptions won’t be made after this date.
