What qualifications must customers fulfill?
In January, new members or returning customers who haven’t placed an order in over a year need to place initial orders of 100 PV or more.
In February, these same customers need to place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV.
And in March, customers will receive 100 product points!

How long will this promotion last?
This promotion begins January 1, 2024. The 100 PV enrollment period ends January 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The second part of the promotion begins February 1, 2024. The 100 PV loyalty order period ends February 29, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Customers will receive their 100 product points in March.
However, if a customer joins or returns in February, the promotion begins February 1, 2024. The 100 PV enrollment period ends February 29, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The second part of the promotion begins March 1, 2024. The 100 PV loyalty order period ends March 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Customers will receive their 100 product points in April.
Can customers who didn’t join in January place an enrollment order in February and still participate in the promotion?
Yes. Customers can order their initial 100 PV in January or March to receive the 100 product points in March or April. Customers who made an initial order in January will receive points in March and customers who made an initial order in February will receive points in April.
Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?
Yes, you can place additional orders to reach the necessary 100 PV.
What if my order total is $100, but my PV is under 100?
Personal Volume (PV) isn’t the same as dollar amount. Though the PV and dollar amount match on some products (like Lemon essential oil), that doesn’t mean PV equates to the dollar amount of the products every time. Please review the PV amount shown in your cart before processing your order. If your order falls short, you may place an additional order within the promotional period to make up any missing PV.
When will the points be added to my account?
Points will be added to accounts March 15–20, 2024 for those who joined in January. Points will be added to accounts April 15-20, 2024 for those who joined in February.
What should I do if I haven’t received my points?
Product points will be rewarded March 15–20, 2024 for those who enrolled in January. If you haven’t received your points by March 21, contact your account manager or Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151.

Do reactivations count for this promotion?
Yes! Reactivating customers who place an initial order of 100 PV or more in January and a loyalty order of 100 PV or more in February qualify for this promotion. You may also participate by placing an initial order of 100 PV or more in February and a loyalty order of 100 PV or more in March to qualify for this promotion. A reactivating customer is someone who hasn’t placed an order in over a year.
