Healthy 100 Enrollment Promotion

This July or August, help new customers take advantage of an enrollment promotion that lets them earn 100 additional product points!

This enrollment promo is a great opportunity for you as a Wellness Advocate. Why? It both incentivizes and alleviates.

  1. It incentivizes new customers to enroll now versus putting it off to some nebulous time in the future.
  2. For some people, an enrollment kit can be a big purchase. This promo alleviates some of the burden because they earn a portion back in free products (points).

Here’s how the promotion works:

  • July: New customers enroll with 100 PV or more.
  • August: Customers place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV.
  • September: Customers receive 100 free product points!

August enrollments are also eligible to participate as well:

  • August: New customers enroll with 100 PV or more.
  • September: Customers place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV.
  • October: Customers receive 100 free product points!

Help new customers enjoy free products in September or October (with their 100 extra product points) by enrolling them with 100 PV in July or August and having them join LRP in August or September. This enrollment promo is available in the US and Canada, plus all NFR and GAC markets.

Ways to Reach 100 PV

There are several great product packages or collections that total 100 PV or more, making it simpler for your customers to enroll with or reorder products they need. How long will this promotion last?
This promotion begins July 1, 2023. The 100 PV enrollment period ends July 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The second part of the promotion begins August 1, 2023. The 100 PV loyalty order period ends August 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Customers will receive their 100 product points in September.

The second 100 PV enrollment period begins August 1, 2023, and ends August 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The 100 PV loyalty order period then begins September 1, 2023, and ends September 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 product points in October.

To qualify for the product points, new customers must place their 100 PV loyalty order in the month following their enrollment. For example, if customers enrolled in July wait until September to place a 100 PV loyalty order, they won’t qualify for product points. New customers who enroll in July need to place a 100 PV loyalty order in August, and those who enroll in August need to place a 100 PV loyalty order in September.

Can enrollees who didn’t enroll in July place an enrollment order in August and still participate in the promotion?
Yes. A new customer must enroll with 100 PV in July to participate and receive the 100 product points in September, or a new customer may enroll with 100 PV in August and receive product points in October.

Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?
Yes, you can place additional orders to reach the necessary 100 PV.

What if my order total is $100, but my PV is under 100?
Personal Volume (PV) isn’t the same as dollar amount. Though the PV and dollar amount match on some products (like Lemon essential oil), this doesn’t mean PV equates to the dollar amount of the products every time. Please review the PV amount shown in your cart before processing your order. If your order falls short, you may place an additional order within the promotional period to make up missing PV.

When will the points be added to my account?
If you enrolled in July and placed a 100 PV loyalty order in August, the points will be added to your account by September 7, 2023.

If you enrolled in August and placed a 100 PV loyalty order in September, the points will be added to your account by October 6, 2023.

What should I do if I haven’t received my points?
Product points will be rewarded by September 7, 2023 (if you enrolled in July), or October 6, 2023 (if you enrolled in August). If you haven’t received your points by September 8 or October 8 respectively, contact your account manager or Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151.

Which markets are participating in this promotion?
This enrollment promo is available in the US, Canada, GAC and select NFR markets.

Can retail customers participate in this promotion?
Yes. To participate, enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in July with 100 PV or more. In August, place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV. In September, you’ll receive 100 product points! Or enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in August with 100 PV or more. In September, place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV. In October, you’ll receive 100 product points!

What if my credit card declines?

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

If you feel you’ve qualified for the promotion but didn’t receive the points, call Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151 or send an email to service@doterra.com no later than September 30, 2023, for the first enrollment period or October 31, 2023 for the second enrollment period. Exceptions won’t be made after this date.
