Why didn't I receive the doTERRA abōde™ Hand Lotion Refill Infused with Citrus Bloom?
The most recent batch of doTERRA abōde Hand Lotion Refill Infused with Citrus Bloom did not live up to our quality standards. We’ve made the decision to replace the refill with a tube of Citrus Bloom Hand and Body Lotion.

Will this new lotion work with my doTERRA abōde Hand Lotion dispenser?
 Yes.

Will I still get the doTERRA abōde Hand Lotion Refill Infused with Citrus Bloom pouch?
If you received a kit that includes the Citrus Bloom Hand and Body Lotion in place of the pouch, you will receive a credit to your account of 18 points that can be used towards a future purchase, including refill pouches when they become available.

When will my points show up in my account?
Points should be added to all qualifying accounts by November 15.

Is dōTERRA still selling the  doTERRA abōde Hand Lotion Refill Infused with Citrus Bloom pouch?
Yes, doTERRA is still selling the refill pouches. They are currently not in stock, but as soon as they are available, customers will be able to purchase online.

I purchased a convention kit at evolve. Did the refill pouch pass doTERRA’s quality testing?
Yes. The refill pouches included in kits purchased at convention all met doTERRA’s high quality standards.
