With this smoothie, it’s easy getting greens! doTERRA Greens is packed with fruits, veggies, superfoods, and all the nutrients that come with those healthy plants. Add some banana, extra spinach, Lime oil, and creamy avocado and you’ve got a seriously powerhouse smoothie on your hands. 

Get Your Greens Smoothie
12–14 ounces water
2 scoops doTERRA Greens
1 handful spinach
½ banana, frozen
½ avocado
1 handful ice cubes
1 drop Lime essential oil

This recipe yields approximately two smoothie servings (8 ounces per serving). For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of greens can be adjusted accordingly.
