Cinnamon Apple Swirl Smoothie 
½ cup cashew or almond milk 
2 scoops doTERRA Fiber 
1 cup apple slices 
1 tablespoon almond butter 
Dash of cinnamon 
1 handful ice cubes 
1 toothpick swirl Cinnamon Bark essential oil
