With your AromaTouch Training Kit, you have all the oils you need to perform the AromaTouch Technique—a life-changing technique that allows you to create a powerful essential oil experience to share with others. With the kit, you also have free access to the official doTERRA AromaTouch Technique Certification, taught by Dr. Hill himself!
Dr. Hill developed the AromaTouch Technique, basing it on one simple idea: “What if there was a way that we could use essential oils efficiently, safely, and effectively in every circumstance?” With this idea in mind, he started developing an application method to do just that.
Dr. Hill spent months perfecting the AromaTouch Technique, calling on his expertise in essential oils, anatomy, and professional experience. The technique needed to be simple enough that anyone could do it, while still providing powerful benefits. Since doTERRA introduced the technique in 2009, over a quarter million people have learned how to perform it and shared the experience with those they care about.
What's in the kit?
Your AromaTouch Training Kit includes the eight official oils needed to perform the AromaTouch Technique, plus a bottle of Fractionated Coconut Oil with a pump, and an informational card that can act as a quick reference for the technique.
Each of the oils used in the AromaTouch Technique was selected for a reason. They each provide powerful benefits on their own, but they also work together synergistically to create a remarkable aromatic experience.

doTERRA Balance® | 15 mL
doTERRA Balance has a calming, soothing aroma that can help create a tranquil environment. Balance is a powerful combination of essential oils like Spruce Needle/Leaf, Ho Wood, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, and Blue Chamomile Flower that are perfect for aromatic and topical use.
Lavender | 15 mL
The aroma of Lavender is powerful, particularly when used to create a calming atmosphere. It’s the perfect oil to help create an ideal environment for the individual receiving the AromaTouch Technique.
Peppermint | 15 mL
Peppermint essential oil can be found in two of the blends used in the AromaTouch Technique—Deep Blue and AromaTouch—so why include the single oil? While Peppermint works within these blends to help them accomplish their own purposes, on its own, Peppermint is highly invigorating. The sharp, sweet scent of Peppermint essential oil on its own is incredibly exhilarating and worth including in the technique.
Tea Tree | 15 mL
Tea Tree makes a special contribution to the AromaTouch Technique. As a member of the Myrtle Family, it is a mildly warming oil with a soothing effect. Tea Tree complements and enhances the overall technique with its purifying and supportive properties.
Wild Orange | 15 mL
Wild Orange was specifically selected as part of the AromaTouch Technique because of its aroma. As a citrus oil, Wild Orange has an energizing, invigorating aroma that helps to create an uplifting environment.
AromaTouch® | 15 mL
An essential oil blend designed by Dr. Hill himself, the AromaTouch Massage Blend combines Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender essential oils. It’s a unique blend due to its diverse ingredients, but this is part of what makes it so powerful and versatile.
Deep Blue®| 15 mL
doTERRA Deep Blue is a powerful essential oil blend that offers immediate soothing effects for skin. Comforting and cooling, Deep Blue is popularly used following physical activity as part of an after-sports massage. Eight essential oils combine synergistically to create a powerful blend: Blue Chamomile, Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, and Osmanthus.
doTERRA On Guard®| 15 mL
A doTERRA favorite, doTERRA On Guard is a unique blend of Cinnamon, Wild Orange, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Clove. This oil brings versatility to the technique while providing the person receiving the technique with powerful support.
Fractionated Coconut Oil | 115 mL
Fractionated Coconut Oil is included in the AromaTouch Training Kit to offer an easy way to dilute essential oils before application. Your kit also includes a pump for the Fractionated Coconut Oil to make application during the technique even more convenient.
