Yes. You may cancel your ticket at any time, however, the cancellation terms and refund policies detailed below will apply. Cancellations and transfer requests received on or after 13 April 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.

I have purchased the 'Convention Ticket Only – ‘Buy 10, Get 1 FREE' bundle. What happens if I cancel?
If you wish to cancel your Convention Ticket Only – ‘Buy 10, Get 1 FREE' bundle, you must request your refund by 13 April 2023. Please be aware that partial refunds will not be given at any point. The deadline to transfer tickets to another account holder must also be submitted by 13 April 2023.
You can transfer your ticket to another person up to 13 April 2023. Please send any requests to europeconvention@doterra.com. Any transfer requests received after 13 April 2023 will not be eligible to be transferred.

Yes, everyone is welcome to join Convention. You do not need to be a member or live in Europe to attend.
Yes! We recommend that all those who are interested in doTERRA join at least one Convention. Usually, it won’t be your last!

Are hotel and flight accommodations, as well as transfers to and from the event and in between the different venues, included in the price of my in-person ticket?
All travel and accommodation booking and payments are your responsibility. Any cancellation or change fees are also your responsibility.
The exclusive doTERRA merchandise can only be purchased at the in-person event at the venue. Cash will not be accepted.
