When will I receive my free Ravintsara (5 ml)? 

If you purchase a live-stream ticket, you will receive your free Ravintsara (5 ml) with your next order placed after 30 June 2022. The free product will automatically be added to your cart before checking out. All types of orders qualify (Standard, One-Time Loyalty Orders, Loyalty Orders (LRP)) and no minimum PV amount is required. Please be aware that Point Redemption orders do not apply in this case. 

In-person ticket holders will be able to collect their free Ravintsara (5 ml) on site at the event. 

Is there a deadline to claim my free Ravintsara (5 ml)? 

Yes. You have until 31 July 2022 to place your next order to receive your free product. 

Can I cancel my ticket? 

Yes. You may cancel your ticket at any time, however, the cancellation terms and refund policies detailed below will apply.

Convention Ticket - In-Person Cancellation

Cancellations received on or before 1 June 2022 will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received on or after June 2 will not be eligible for a refund.  

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? 

You can transfer your ticket to another person up to 1 June 2022 at 21:59 BST/ 22:59 CEST/ 23:59 EEST. Please send any requests to europeconvention@doterra.com. Any requests received after 1 June 2022 will not be eligible to be transferred. 

 

Live-Stream FAQs

Can I upgrade my ticket from live-stream to in-person? 

Yes! You have up until 1 June 2022 to upgrade your live-stream ticket to an in-person ticket. Please send any requests to europeconvention@doterra.com. 

From 2 June 2022, no requests will be eligible for an update.

Will there be audio interpretation for the live-stream event? 

Yes, the following languages will be available:

Czech, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Slovak, Spanish.

Is there a website where I can shop and purchase Convention merchandise? 

Unfortunately, merchandise is exclusively for in-person attendees present at the Papp László Budapest Sportaréna. 

What happens if I want to change my in-person ticket to a live-stream ticket? 

From 2 June 2022, any modifications from in-person to live-stream tickets will be subject to the same terms as a cancellation, detailed below. 

You have until 1 June 2022 to email europeconvention@doterra.com to change your in-person ticket. The difference in ticket price will be refunded to the card originally used for the purchase.

Cancellations received before 1 June 2022 will be fully refunded.
Cancellations received on or after 2 June 2022 will not be eligible for a refund.

What languages does the in-person event support?

Live audio interpretation will be available at the in-person event in the following languages:

If I live outside of Europe, can I still attend Convention? 

Yes, everyone is welcome to join Convention. You do not need to be a member to attend.

I’m not a Wellness Advocate, can I still attend Convention? 

Yes! We recommend that all those who are interested in doTERRA join in at least one Convention. Usually, it won’t be your last!  

Can my children come with me to Convention? 

A ticket is not required for an infant in arms or a lap-sitting toddler. Due to possible loud audio and music during presentations we recommend ear protection for children.

Are hotel and flight accommodation included in the price of my in-person ticket? 

All travel and accommodation booking and payments are your responsibility. Any cancellation or change fees are also your responsibility.

How can I purchase exclusive doTERRA merchandise at Convention? 

At the in-person event. Cash will not be accepted in any currency. Please ensure that you have all payment information required for using your credit/debit card(s).

 

COVID-19

What COVID-19 requirements are in place for the in-person event? 

Convention will be subject to all local government regulations and those enforced by the venue.  

We recommend all attendees check the following websites for restriction updates: 

Please be aware of ticket cancellation deadlines, accommodation cancellation fees, and any policies you have surrounding your own personal travel – including airline tickets – before you make reservations. For added flexibility, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers non-refundable expenses, such as airline tickets, theatre tickets, sightseeing experiences, and ticket tours.

If I test positive for COVID-19 after the in-person event ticket refund/transfer/cancellation deadline, what can I do?

If an individual with an in-person event ticket tests positive for COVID after the deadlines specified, please reach out to europeconvention@doterra.com.

If Convention is Cancelled Due to COVID-19 Measures

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, regulations regarding in-person events are changing frequently. Our events are scheduled in advance, with regulations taken into consideration, and with every reasonable effort made to ensure they can be held. In situations where government authorities impose or adjust restrictions on in-person events that affect the doTERRA event, doTERRA will adjust its event accordingly.

A potential adjustment includes the possibility of cancelling the event with short or no notice before it starts. In the event of cancellation due to government restrictions, doTERRA will not be liable under any circumstance, including, but not limited to being unable to hold the event. doTERRA is not liable to attendees for any costs/damages as a result of the cancellation, including the cost of admission for the attendee. 

We highly recommend getting travel insurance with a COVID policy.
