Now that Adaptiv is available in Europe, you will want to use it all the time! Combine the soothing and uplifting aroma of Adaptiv with the calming scent of Lavender to make your own soap bars. This simple recipe is the perfect way to introduce Adaptiv to your love ones and add a new dimension to your daily routine.

500 grams of melt and pour soap base (makes two large soap bars)
Dried Lavender
Soap colouring
20 drops of Adaptiv
5 drops of Lavender
Silicone mould
  1. Cut soap base into small chunks and place in a heat-proof glass container.
  2. Boil a few centimetres of water in a pan. Place the glass container into the pan and stir the chunks until melted.
  3. Once the chunks have melted, remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Add the soap colouring, sprinkle in some lavender, add the essential oils and stir all the ingredients well.
  5. Next, sprinkle more lavender flowers on the bottom of each silicone mould.
  6. Proceed to pour the soap mixture into the moulds and rest for two to three hours or until the mixture is hard.
  7. Once hard, remove the soap from the silicone mould.
  8. Store the soaps in a plastic bag until ready to use.
