When does qualification begin and end?
Incentive Trip qualification runs March 1–August 31, 2023.
Where will the Incentive Trip be held?
This year's trip will be aboard the Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas cruise ship.
When is the Incentive Trip?
The trip will take place February 4–10, 2024 (six nights and seven days).
Can I pay for additional guests if I qualify?
Some purchase options will be available for additional guests. On a ship, only certain cabins can accommodate a third or fourth guest or have an adjoining room. At registration time, you’ll indicate your desire to bring additional guests. Our travel agency will let you know if your request can be accommodated or if there’s another option. Pricing will become available as the trip nears.
Are there any restrictions on pregnant women, children, or babies attending?
Pregnant women are only allowed to sail if pregnant for 24 completed weeks or fewer at departure. All pregnant women are required to produce a physician’s letter stating mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, the pregnancy isn’t high-risk, and the estimated delivery date.
Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. The minimum age for sailing is generally six months.
Will the Executive team be going on the Incentive Trip?
Some of our Executive team will be joining you on the trip. You may have the opportunity to spend time with them during group meal functions, receptions, and other activities.
How frequently will rank statuses be updated online?
Standings will be updated once a week beginning March, 2023. Please visit the "Eligibility and Points" page for more information
Do I need a passport?
Each person attending will require a passport that is valid for six months beyond the date of return
Can I participate in the Incentive Trip if I am based in another market?
No, this trip is only open to the U.S. and Canada Market.
When will the winners be notified?
Winners will be announced September, 2023.
How do I register for the trip?
Shortly after the winners are announced, you will receive an email with a link to a registration website. Please complete all the information before the provided deadline.
If I want to buy tickets to the Incentive Trip, can I book directly with the cruise line?
Attendees won’t be permitted into private doTERRA events if they booked directly with the cruise line. Only those who purchase their trip through doTERRA will receive swag or be directly invited.
Will I receive a different award if I earn a spot on the Incentive Trip but am unable to attend?
No, prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or points.
Can I transfer my prize to someone else if I’m unable to attend?
Prizes may be gifted to whomever the winner chooses. Winners are responsible for handling the gifting of the trip and must notify doTERRA (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to the deadlines.
If I’m unable to attend but don’t want to gift my prize to someone else, whom should I inform?
If you can’t attend the trip and choose not to gift your prize, please notify doTERRA (email@example.com) prior to November 15, 2023, by 12:00 p.m. MT.
What are the COVID testing or vaccine requirements for being onboard the Royal Carribean Symphony of the Seas?
Pre-cruise testing or vaccination aren’t required to sail.
