French Canada Market Leaders—How to Earn Points

Qualification starts: September 1, 2021 
The first 15 Wellness Advocates to reach 700 points and maintain the rank of Gold or higher.  

How to Earn Points: 

There are two main categories for earning points: Personal Points and Team Points. You can live in any market to participate, but all enrollment and team points must be earned from personally enrolled French Canada Wellness Advocates.  ​​​​​​​Please note that enrollment points will be updated on the Dashboard every Wednesday. All other points are updated once a month after commissions are paid out.​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Personal Points:  

• Your enrollments and their second and third month 100+PV LRP 
• Your personal rank advancements 

Team Points: 

• Your personally enrolled leader’s rank advancement 
• Your personally enrolled leader’s first time earning the Power of 3 Sales Bonus ($250) 
• Your personally enrolled leaders first time earning the Empowerment Bonus 

Personal Enrollments 

For new personal enrollments in the French Canada market who join LRP, points are awarded as follows for 100+ PV orders:

If you enroll someone in July or August 2021 with 100+ PV, and they place their second and/or third month 100+PV LRP, you will get points for LRP orders placed after September 1, 2021. These points must be earned in a consecutive three-month period. However, if month two is skipped, you can still earn points in month three. 

Personal Rank Advancement

When you advance in rank, you’ll be awarded points as follows for up to three months for each rank.

*If you advance through one or more ranks in less than three months, all three months’ worth of points for each rank advancement will be awarded when your highest rank is achieved three times. This principle also applies to personally enrolled leaders’ rank advancements. 

If you achieve a new rank for the first time in July or August 2021, and you achieve it again for the second and/or third after September 1, 2021, you will earn points for the second and/or third time. 

​​​​​​​If you requalify for a rank after September 1, 2021 that you have not achieved since before January 1, 2021, you will earn half points up to three times when you requalify for that rank. 

Leader Rank Advancement

When your personally enrolled leader in the French Canada market advances in rank and maintains the rank for up to three months, you’ll be awarded points as follows.

Volume for rank must be unique. Ranks based on stacked volume will not be awarded points.  
 
If your personally enrolled French Canada leaders achieve a new rank in July or August 2021 and they achieve it again for the second and/or third time after September 1, 2021, you will earn points for the second and/or third time. If they requalify for a rank after September 1, 2021 that they have not reached since before January 1, 2021, you will earn half points for them requalifying for that rank. 

Leader Achievements

For every one of your personally enrolled French Canada leaders who achieves the $250 Power of 3 sales bonus for the first time or qualifies for the Empowerment Bonus for the first time after September 1, 2021, points will be awarded as follows:

Minimum and Maximum Point Requirements by Category

In order to qualify for one of the 15 spots in the French Canada Market Leaders program, you must achieve a certain number of points from most categories. Additionally, there are some categories with a maximum number of points you can achieve.

Other Rules and Requirements 

• Points will begin accruing on September 1, 2021.  
• The first 15 French Canada Wellness Advocates to reach 700 points, reach and maintain at least the rank of Gold, and meet the minimum requirements will be French Canada Market Leaders.  French Canada Market Leaders will receive compensation of 1/15th of 1% of all new French Volume after September 1, 2021. 
• To qualify as a French Canada Market Leader, your points must be earned from achievements made in the French Canada market. French Canada Wellness Advocates will only earn team points from personally enrolled Wellness Advocates in the French Canada market.  
• At least 90% of your total qualifying volume for your personal enrollee's rank achievement and bonuses must be French Canada volume. That volume calculation will be at the Executive/Elite level. 
• Points cannot be earned multiple times for the same underlying volume. In other words, if you “stack” multiple personally enrolled members in such a way that one member’s volume increase triggers multiple rank advancements, then points will only be awarded to the Enroller for the rank advancement—where the actual volume increase occurred. 
• Points and ranks are subject to audits. 
• Points are awarded to the person who holds enrollership when the month’s commissions are paid. 
• If you return to a rank that you have not achieved since before January 1, 2021, you will be awarded half the points that you would normally receive when returning to that rank. This same rule applies to your personally enrolled leaders who achieve a rank they have not been paid at since before January 1, 2021. 
• If you or your personally enrolled leader achieved a new rank in July or August 2021 and you achieve that rank for the second and/or third time after September 1st, you will receive those points.
