General

Q: What is 2019 New Zealand Bootcamp?

A: Bootcamp is an annual opportunity for Wellness Advocates will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to elevate your business and expand your doTERRA community. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn and network with some of doTERRA Australia & New Zealand’s most influential leaders and Corporate staff. 

Q. When will the Bootcamp schedule be published?

A: Further information is coming – please keep checking the website and social media for updates.

Q. Is there a dress code for Bootcamp?

A: Bootcamp is a business event, we would recommend smart-casual attire in which you feel comfortable. Please note that the venue is air-conditioned and you may need a jacket when you are sitting still.

Q. Does the event allow for children to attend?
A: Children aged 16+ are welcome to attend corporate events provided they are registered and have their own ticket. A Parents Room will not be made available for this specific event. We want to ensure all attendees are able to enjoy an environment of learning in each session. All venues are open to the public and we strongly suggest that children not be left unsupervised at the venue.
Q: Is there a Lost and Found?

A: Yes, at the venue. Ask venue staff for its location. Any found items will be handed to the venue’s Lost and Found.

Q: Will the event have wheelchair access?

Tickets & Registration

Q: How can I see if I have purchased a ticket?

A: After you have purchased a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite and had funds withdrawn from your bank account. If you are still unsure, please contact eventsaunz@doterra.com

Q: Do I need to be a Wellness Advocate to attend or can I be guest of a Wellness Advocate?

A: Bootcamp is an event designed for New Zealand Wellness Advocates only.

Q: Can any rank of Wellness Advocate attend the event?

A: For the Gold & above day on Thursday 29 August, you will need to be ranked Gold or Above by 31 July 2019 to attend. For Bootcamp General Sessions on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 August, you will need to be ranked Premier or Above by 31 July 2019 to attend.

Q: Can I purchase a ticket for one day of Bootcamp only, as I can attend only one day?
A: Your Bootcamp ticket entitles you to attend on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 August 2019 of the event. There are no pro-rata tickets available for purchase if you can attend only one of these days.
Q: Can I purchase multiple tickets?

A: Yes, but each ticket must be registered in the name of each individual attending the event or you need to make these changes prior to the closing date for transfers, Friday 16 August 2019.

Q: Can I buy a ticket when I get to Bootcamp?

A: We encourage you to purchase your ticket prior to arriving on the day by registering via the Eventbrite website. Tickets that are purchased on the day will be charged at full price and there is no pro-rata rate available onsite.

Q: What is the last day I can purchase a convention ticket?

A: The last day to purchase a Convention ticket is Thursday 8 August 2019.

Q: What if I have an extenuating circumstance I need to advise the Event Organiser of, for example, a death in the family, extreme ailments, or a catastrophic event, whereby it impacts my ability to attend the event?

A: Please contact eventsaunz@doterra.com for further assistance.

Q: Can I be added to a waitlist?

A: There are no waitlists for Bootcamp tickets.

Q: Can I transfer my Bootcamp ticket?

A: Yes. Attendees can transfer tickets up until Friday 16 August 2019. Alternatively you can contact eventsaunz@doterra.com and you will need to pay a $25NZD transfer fee. There will be no ticket transfers after Friday 16 August 2019.

Q: Is lunch included with my ticket?

A: Yes, lunch is included with the price of the ticket for Friday and Saturday. There are plenty of eating places in the surrounding area if you wish to go out and purchase lunch at your own cost.

Q: How can I cancel my ticket?

A: Refunds will incur a processing fee of $25NZD per ticket. There will be no ticket refunds after 11.59PM AEST Friday 16 August 2019.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation when I purchase my ticket?

A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite after your tickets has been purchased. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please visit your account on www.eventbrite.com.au

Q: Will I get a ticket in the mail?

A: No, a ticket will not be posted to you. When you receive a confirmation email that means we have your information and you will need to provide your ticket either on your phone or printed out for check in at Registration.

Q: Why do I need a name for each Bootcamp ticket purchase?

A: A name badge is printed for each person attending Bootcamp and it becomes your pass that allows you access to Bootcamp Rooms, food and events.

Q: What is the last date for name changes?

A: All name changes and updated attendee details must be submitted by Friday 16 August 2019 in order to receive a printed name badge when you register at Bootcamp.

Products, Events and Attendance

Q: Will there be product or merchandise for purchase?

A: Yes, we will have doTERRA Bootcamp merchandise available. No other products will be available for purchase or pick up during Bootcamp. Payment options available are credit card only – no cash or cheques will be accepted.  

Q. If I don't make it to Bootcamp, can I have any merchandise available at the venue be shipped to me?

A: No. In order to receive any merchandise available at the event, you must be in attendance at the event.

Q. Can I purchase product for someone who is not attending Bootcamp?

A: No, product on offer is only available to Bootcamp attendees.

Q. Who will be speaking at Bootcamp?
A: Detailed information on our keynote speakers will be available closer to the event – keep checking back for details.
