Product points are Loyalty Rewards points that can be redeemed for eligible dōTERRA products. The number you earn depends on the qualifying PV in your monthly order and your current reward percentage.

PV, or Personal Volume, is a value assigned to each product and is used to determine program and commission qualifications. Product points are rewards earned through qualifying Loyalty Rewards orders and used to redeem eligible products. A product’s PV and points redemption value may be different.

Product points are added after commissions have run, generally between the 15th and 20th of the month following the qualifying order.

Product points expire 12 months after the date they are issued. Maintain an active qualifying Loyalty Rewards order to retain your current reward percentage and accrued points.

Most, but not all, products can be redeemed using product points. Limited-time offers, BOGOs and some newer products may not be eligible.

Log in to your dōTERRA account and view your dashboard to see your current product points balance and Loyalty Rewards percentage.

Cancelling Loyalty Rewards will cancel your reward percentage and accrued product points. Product points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

• Place a 100PV+ enrolment order.
• Create a Loyalty Rewards order and process one single 100PV+ order in each of the next two consecutive months.
• Keep the Loyalty Rewards order active and meet the ongoing qualifying requirements to maintain the 30% reward level.
• Returns that reduce the order below the qualifying PV may affect eligibility and points earned.
• The offer applies to eligible Wellness Advocates and Wholesale Customers with Australian or New Zealand accounts.

A Membership fee of $35.00 AUD | $40.00 NZD is for one 12-month period from the date of enrolment of the Member. Upon the expiration of the 12-month period, an Annual Membership Renewal fee of $25.00 AUD | $30.00 NZD is automatically applied unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. A free essential oil (as determined by dōTERRA) is included as part of the Annual Membership Renewal.
