During Your Stay

Qualification Period: January – December 2023 OR July 2023 – June 2024

How to Qualify

Reach Platinum and then achieve the rank of Platinum or above 3 more times (for a total of 4 Platinum rank advances) during the qualification period.


Reach Diamond and then achieve the rank of Diamond or above once more (for a total of 2 Diamond rank advances) during the qualification period.

What's Included

  • €1,300 cash bonus towards travel expenses

For those staying on to attend Global Convention, you'll need to independently organise travel arrangements, accommodation and tickets to attend the event.

All Wellness Advocates that meet the qualification criteria can qualify once as Platinum or Diamond, entitling them to attend the experience once.

No sign-up is required. Those who qualify are automatically considered for the experience.

This trip is for two people (restricted to a co-applicant or direct family member). Further information will be provided once Headquarters Experience invitations are sent to all who have qualified. Buy-in options for children are subject to availability.

Once you have qualified, you will receive an invitation to join us from 16-18 September 2024 for the experience. The €1,300 euros allowance will be paid the month before the trip, only based on your registration to attend the event.

Unfortunately, no reimbursement is available if visa issues or other circumstances prevent your attendance. You will receive one additional invitation for the next trip. The trip qualification is solely for the qualifying Wellness Advocate.

No, you cannot give away your space for a Legacy Trip you have qualified for. With the exception of a family member (in cases when one is attending instead of a co-applicant), every participant must have qualified for the respective trip in order to attend.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Headquarters Experience is a European incentive and only applies to European Wellness Advocates in countries where doTERRA Europe is present.
  • Direct family members are a spouse, parent (father or mother), sibling (brother or sister), life-partner (i.e. unmarried couple) or child.
  • Once a qualifier has been invited to the attend Legacy Trip Headquarters Experience, they can only defer to the next Legacy Trip Headquarters Experience once. This is a one-time-only policy, the qualifier cannot defer again. Deferrals must be made during the registration period. Deferral requests received after the registration period may be declined.
  • Acceptance of the prize will be required within the stated registration period in order to redeem the prize.
  • Any upgrade requests and changes to the original booking will be administered and paid for by the qualifier.
  • The experience is not transferable, not otherwise redeemable, has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.
  • dōTERRA reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensations, recognition or other rewards earned during or as a result of the trip, to ensure the spirit of the Legacy Trip Headquarters Experience is achieved. Wellness Advocates may be immediately disqualified from the trip if dōTERRA determines in its sole discretion a violation has occurred. Violations may include, but not be limited to modification, fraud, compliance issues, or bonus buying.
  • dōTERRA reserves the right to disqualify any Wellness Advocate at any given time for violation of the Terms & Conditions of the trip.
  • doTERRA reserves the right to review, change or cancel Legacy Trip at any time.
  • Please note that any member found to have breached compliance guidelines, may at dōTERRA’s sole discretion, be disqualified from online or in-person recognition, all event or trip qualifications, and attendance including but not necessarily limited to Founders Club and Diamond Club opportunities. These members will need to work with dōTERRA Compliance Team to regain their good standing with the company, before being considered again for any future events, recognition-related achievements or qualifications.
