Rose Hydrosol Mist is produced in a hydro-steamed distillation process in Bulgaria, at the doTERRA facility, Terra Roza. Most herbal distillates are produced in a similar manner as essential oils. However, typically an essential oil will float to the top of the distillate where it is removed, leaving behind the watery distillate. Infused water, or floral water, is simply water mixed with fragrance or essential oils and preservatives.
