Product Credit "Points"

Product Credits (points) are earned when you order and can be redeemed for doTERRA product. Two programs offer Product Credit as a benefit when you participate:

1. The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) awards Product Credit based on the Personal Volume (PV) of your LRP order of 50 PV or higher. 
2. The Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) awards Product Credit based on the value of the shipping costs of your orders.

Though earned separately, these two types of product credit are added to the same total and can be redeemed under the same conditions. 

Rules

• Product credit can be redeemed as long as you are actively participating on the LRP.
• Product credit cannot be used towards fees, renewals, Limited Time Offers, shipping, or items without PV.
• Product credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and is non-refundable.
• Any items purchased with product credit are final and cannot be returned.
• Product credit can be redeemed with a $4.00 CAD fee on a Canadian order, or a $3.00 USD fee if redeemed on a US order.
• Points must cover the entire cost of the product.

Additional Guidelines: 

• All product credits earned from the LRP expire when the participant chooses to no longer participate in the program. SRP product credit will remain on the account even if participation in the LRP ends. 
• Product credit is redeemed in the order that they were earned. The oldest product credit on the account will be used first, regardless of product credit type (LRP vs SRP).

When to Expect My Product Credit

Product credit is added to your account the 15th-20th of the month following the order. If the 15th falls on a weekend, the product credit will be delayed until the following Monday.
