What is the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)?

The doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a program that provides free product credits for monthly purchases ordered on the program. As a participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn product credits that can be used as cash to purchase doTERRA products. The longer you participate, the more credits you can earn — up to 30% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases!

Why Didn’t my LRP Order Process?

  • The new enrollee tried placing an LRP order in their enrollment month
  • The start date is set to a date in the future
  • There are one or more items on backorder
  • There are one or more items that have out-of-date/bad SKU numbers
  • The template was already generated that month
  • There was an order created by the template, but the credit card declined. 
  • A person changed their LRP date to the current day or created the LRP the day of rather than the day before (for example, on the 8th they set their LRP date for the 8th)

What are the LRP Terms & Conditions?

  • LTOs cannot be saved to LRP templates.
  • LTOs can be purchased on an LRP order (online or through Member Services), as long as there is at least one non-LTO item that has PV on the order.
  • If an LTO item is on any order online or on an order started through Member Services, it must be processed right away. 
  • Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn product credits
  • Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points
  • No maximum monthly credit accumulation limit
  • Product credits can be used to purchase full PV products only
  • Product credits can be redeemed by phone (1-800-411-8151) or online in the new shopping cart
  • Redemption orders have no PV
  • A redemption fee of $4 per order and shipping and handling charges will still apply
  • Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before credits can be redeemed
  • All product credits and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation
  • Product credits have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
  • Products purchased with LRP credits are not for resale
  • Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151

Why can't LTO products be saved to an LRP Template?

Because Limited Time Offer products are only available while supplies last, there is not a guarantee that stock will be available on a future date. This is why Limited Time Offer items cannot be saved on a Loyalty Rewards Program to process at a future date. However, you can add any currently available LTO items to your LRP and process the order right away to ensure you receive the items you would like.
