What is the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)?
The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) involves participating in a fully customizable, recurring monthly order. This scheduled monthly order delivers your favourite doTERRA products to your doorstep each month while providing many additional rewards. Here’s how the program works:
- Set up your Loyalty Order and choose an available recurring date for your order to ship each month.
- Every month before your scheduled shipment date, access your Loyalty Order and switch out the contents for what you want to receive, and save your order.
- Sit back and watch the benefits grow!
What are the Benefits of LRP?
- Automatic Delivery: No-hassle, automatic shipment of the doTERRA products you need every month.
- Total Customization: Enjoy the freedom to change your LRP order up to the day before your monthly ship date.
- Rewards Points: Accumulate credits on your account called Rewards Points to redeem for free doTERRA products.*
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on any Loyalty Orders of 100 PV or more.
- Product of the Month: Place your Loyalty Order between the 1st and 15th of the month and receive a special promotional product for free every month!*
- Compensation Plans: As a Wellness Advocate participating in the Loyalty Rewards Program, qualify yourself for additional commission opportunities.*

Loyalty Order PV Requirements
First off, what is PV? Nearly all doTERRA products have an assigned Personal Volume (PV) value (different from the dollar price). The total PV of your Loyalty Order determines the benefits received each month:
- 1–49 PV: Maintain your active status in the Loyalty Reward Program. You retain your accumulated Rewards Points, but don’t accumulate additional points.
- 50+ PV: Receive Rewards Points and advance toward a greater points-back percentage.
- 100+ PV: : Your Loyalty Order qualifies for free shipping!
- 125+ PV: Receive the free Product of the Month. To receive the Product of the Month, the order must also process on or before the 15th of the month.
What are Rewards Points?
As a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program, you can earn Rewards Points that can be redeemed for free product. These points accumulate in your account from each Loyalty Order you place with a minimum of 50 PV.
How many points will I get?
- You will start earning points at a rate of 10% of your order PV (ex. 5 points back for an order of 50 PV). The longer you participate, the more credits you can earn — up to 30% off your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases! (ex. 15 points for an order of 50 PV).
When will I get my points?
- Rewards points are calculated at the end of each month and will show up in your account around the 15th of the month following your last qualifying Loyalty Order.
How much can I buy with my points?
- One Reward Point equals $1 toward doTERRA product.* In order to redeem points on a product, you must have enough points to cover the full wholesale cost of the product. Points cannot be redeemed to buy products partially.
How do I spend my points?
- There is a column titled “Use Points” in your Loyalty Order checkout. Using a drop-down selection tool, simply choose the quantity of the selected product you would like to purchase with your points, and that amount will be voided from your total. Redeeming points to buy a product also negates that product’s PV.
Note: Point redemptions cannot be saved for a future Loyalty Order, and must be manually processed the day of the redemption.
*Rewards Points have no actual cash value, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Shipping Rewards Points
You can earn additional points to use toward free product on your Loyalty Orders that do not qualify for free shipping (or that you’ve paid for expedited shipping). These points are added to your account at the same time as your regular Rewards Points each month!
- Loyalty Order (Phone): When you place a Loyalty Order through our member services phone or chat line, you will receive 2.5 points.
- Loyalty Order (Online): When you place your Loyalty Order online, you will receive 5 points
Why Didn’t my Loyalty Order Process?
As with any automatic shipment, you may encounter a few hiccups along the way. Here are a few of the most common answers when your Loyalty order doesn’t ship or arrive as planned:
- The start date for your first Loyalty Order is set to a date in the future.
- One or more items on your order may be on backorder.
- You manually processed your Loyalty Order in the month. Processing your Loyalty Order before the automatic ship date will “count” as your monthly order, and the automatic shipment will resume the following month.

What are the LRP Terms & Conditions?
To recap, here’s a bulleted overview of everything we’ve covered, plus a few more important points!
- A minimum monthly Loyalty Order of 50 PV is required to earn Rewards Points.
- Orders with a minimum of 1 PV will maintain their current points-back percentage and previously accumulated points.
- There is no maximum monthly Rewards Points accumulation limit.
- Rewards Points expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Rewards Points can be used to purchase full PV products only.
- Rewards Points can be redeemed by phone (1-800-411-8151) or online in the Loyalty Order checkout.
- Rewards Points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
- Using Rewards Points has a redemption fee of $3 per order, and shipping and handling charges will still apply.
- You must be an LRP participant for 60 days before credits can be redeemed
- All accumulated Rewards Points and points-back percentages will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation.
- Products purchased with Rewards Points are not for resale.
- Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151.
