Raspberry Smoothie Bowl with Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil


Healthy snacking is always in style! We love whole and naturally sourced ingredients, but have you ever used them in a recipe that tastes almost too good to be good for you? Now that’s a trend we can especially get behind. Satisfy your morning and mid-day munchies with one of these fruity and flavorful smoothie bowls, packed with good ingredients and our very own secret weapon: Cinnamon Bark essential oil.


SUPPLIES

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ⅓ cup coconut chips
  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark essential oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ¾ of the raspberries, ½ the banana, and ½ of the goji berries to a blender with the coconut water, ice, vanilla, and Cinnamon Bark essential oil.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with coconut chips and the remaining raspberries, sliced banana, and goji berries, and enjoy!

Try adding different berries, nuts, or seeds to the mix to make your own perfect essential oil smoothie bowl.
