Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 drop Marjoram oil

Instructions

  1. Combine avocado, tomato, red onion, and cucumber in bowl, and set aside.
  2. Pour olive oil into small bowl and mix in a toothpick’s amount of Marjoram essential oil.
  3. Combine olive oil mixture and vegetables, mixing until all vegetables are well coated.
  4. Add lemon juice to taste and toss well.
  5. Top off with salt and serve immediately.
