While a professional massage is a great idea every now and again, you can treat your muscles to an at-home massage that will help you stay loose when you need it most.

 

Massages themselves can help soothe tight muscles, but adding a carrier oil to the massage can make it an even smoother (and more aromatic) experience by allowing your hands to seamlessly glide across the skin. Blend up your new favorite massage oil with the invigoratingly calm aroma of Ravintsara essential oil combined with equally earthy and bright scents of Copaiba and Wintergreen.

  1. Open your new bottle of Fractionated Coconut Oil and add essential oils directly to the bottle. 
  2. Using a skewer, gently stir the mixture to blend the essential oils with the Fractionated Coconut Oil. 
  3. Put the Fractionated Coconut Oil bottle pump on the bottle. Use 1-2 pumps of the massage oil (as needed) in a soothing massage before or after a workout, lots of travel, or long day in the office.
